3 ATS 6.02 Release Ntes This dcument prvides a brief explanatin f what was fixed and implemented with this release f Advanced Title Search Release Date: August 26, 2013 Pst-Installatin Cnsideratins On the day f the release, it is highly recmmended that yu delete Temprary Internet Files and Histry prir t lgging int ATS. Deleting Temprary Internet Files and Histry (MS Article ID: ) The Temprary Internet Files (r cache) flder cntains web page cntent that is stred n yur hard disk fr quick viewing. This cache permits Internet r MSN Explrer t dwnlad nly the cntent that has changed since yu last viewed a web page instead f dwnlading all the cntent fr the page every time it is displayed. Administratrs can custmize Temprary Internet File settings t prevent mdificatins. Cntact yur System Administratr if yu cannt access the Internet Optins dialg bx r the General tab. Steps 1. With Internet Explrer pen, click the Tls icn. 2. Select Internet Optins. The Internet Prperties dialg bx displays. 3. On the General tab, lcate Brwsing histry and click thedelete buttn. The Delete Brwsing Histry dialg bx displays. 4. Select Temprary Internet Files. 5. Select Delete. 6. When cmplete, click OK. If yu are using Firefx t access ATS, cmplete the fllwing steps t delete Temprary Internet Files and Histry n the day f the release. Steps 1. With the Firefx brwser pen, click the drp-dwn menu, mve yur cursr ver Histry and select Clear Recent Histry; r Click Tls frm the tlbar and select Clear Recent Histry. 2. Frm the Time range t clear drp-dwn, select Everything. 3. Select nly Brwsing & Dwnlad Histry and Cache. 4. Click Clear Nw. 5. When the items are cleared, clse all Firefx brwsers, then repen Firefx. Nte Be patient when perfrming this task, if the Temprary Internet Files flder cntains a significant amunt f web page cntent, then this prcess may take several minutes t cmplete. 4 Fixes The fllwing items were crrected in Advanced Title Search 6.02: ST OH Cmmunity The Fake Dcument Image Search has been added t all OH DT cunties. The Cuyahga Cunty taxes have been fixed t parse the values fr the tw installments instead f just ne. FTS Cmmunity Crrected an issue with ATS saving invalid dcuments frm ATIDS t the TSRI based n curt case numbers fund as references n curt dcuments. Fixed an issue with nt being able t save dcuments t the TSRI frm the TRSI Extended when the surce was ATIDS. ST KC Cmmunity The dcument type f CC MECHANICS LIEN frm the CO data surce has been changed t map t LIEN\Mechanic Lien. Advanced Title Search 6.02 Release Ntes August

5 Enhancements The fllwing items were added t Advanced Title Search 6.02: FTS Cmmunity Fr searches cmpleted n the ATIDS data surce, all images will be retrieved and sent t the Stewart Starter Files server. The image link in the TSRI dcument sent t OG will be active fr all images. These will be used fr the QC review prcess. ST KC Cmmunity The Jhnsn Cunty, KS Cllectr website, has been added as the AOM data surce. ST OH Cmmunity The Cuyahga Cunty Prbate Curt and Cmmn Pleas Curt sites have been added as data surces. The Bk Type field has been enabled fr all dcuments n the TSR Index page. The preset values available are Plat, Deed and Official. The field allws fr freefrm typing f any value. This field will pull int the template t describe the type f bk fr recrded dcuments. T pull in the preset values, type the first letter f the value, then hit enter. TSS Cmmunity The dcument subcategries f TRANSFER\Successr Trustee s Deed and MISCELLANEOUS\Greenbelt Applicatin have been added. All Cmmunities Imprvements have been made t the AutUpdate prcess. ATS will aut-cmplete an update rder under the fllwing cnditins. The agent prfile has AutTSR r AutUpdate enabled. N new dcument is fund frm the RO-like data surce. There are n Hits fund n the Patrits Search. At least ne RO-like data surce is enabled fr autmatic searching. The RO-like data surce did nt cmplete the search with a status f skipped, time-ut, nt respnding r site warning. Any new buyer names were skipped because they were fund n the Cmmn Names list. 6 IMPORTANT!!! Please Review A new Review Checklist has been added t ATS. The checklist will appear at the bttm f the TSR Index page, in the warnings sectin at the bttm/center f the page. All values will be unchecked by default. The check bxes fr Verify LD and Verify Vesting Inf will be autmatically checked if the Legal and Vesting items are viewed at the tp f the TSR Index Page. All ther values will need t be manually checked. A time and date stamp will appear next t each value when they are checked, and an entry will be placed in the search lg nting this activity. If any values are left unchecked, a warning will appear n the screen when the user clicks Dne/Create TSR. Clicking OK will create the TSR and make a nte in the search lg that items were skipped..
