9 International product launch of innovative consumer product Heineken : Multi media concept to support the market introduction of Heineken s Beertender. Participants sent game score to the website through sms. Game results were listed on website. Each day s winner received a Beertender to be collected in the store. This education centre offers tour guides rich information and communication tools to inform and educate visitors about the role and responsibilities of Rijkswaterstaat. 18 Company presentation through inspiring dialogue Ahrend, producer of durable working, learning and living environments Most company presentations tell a story that leaves little room for interaction with the target audience. This interactive environment offers Ahrend the ability to communicate their vision of the future to their business-to-business customers in a more engaging and memorable way. Interface Design. 21 Visualizing business processes to impact change XPLANE Visual Thinking Company and project objectives This project encompassed the exploration and visualization of an extensive product launch process for a big international publisher. The goal of this project was to get people to understand the complexities of the process and identify aspects that needed improvement. 22 Redesign of wine webshop (wireframes) Grapes Unlimited, wine importer and reseller Grapes Unlimited is a Dutch wine importer and reseller. The website is used as its primary sales channel. It offers its customers an easy and appealing way to navigate a collection of over 400 wines based on the variety of grape, taste, country of origin and price. Concept Development. Homepage with focus on finding, selecting and buying wine. Single page user interaction to facilitate quick browsing and selecting wine.
