1 Gravity Junction Web Design & Marketing:Atlas ATP 122 To: February AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED Dan Breneman Cc: Subject: Atlas Package Gravity Junction & Web Design / The Ridges Overview Let s define those involved in this project and bound by this contract This is an Authorization to Proceed (ATP) for services to be provided by Gravity Junction Web Design & Marketing (AGENCY) to ClientCompany (CLIENT). AGENCY will be providing consulting, design, and development services to support CLIENT s efforts for their Website Name website ( This document is the ATP for the project to complete the objectives for which CLIENT contacted AGENCY. This document will describe the scope of work, process, deliverables, and the associated price for the project. Scope of Atlas Here s what we ll be doing together Website Design Strategy Concept The image communicated and the user experience created by your website will directly reflect on your company and suggest a corresponding level of quality to users. The objectives for the new design concept will be: to craft an intelligent and effective information and content architecture for the website along with the relevant global and contextual navigation scheme(s), to design an intuitive user experience based on this architecture and design, and to design a brand-consistent, compelling look and feel for the website

2 AGENCY will work with CLIENT to create an effective design concept that highlights the reputation of CLIENT s company and communicates effectively to the target audience(s), while facilitating the desired and useful user interaction. Website Development The purpose of this objective is converting the design concept into Web pages. Based on the approved design strategy, AGENCY will duplicate the current layout or with CLIENT approval create a new layout. CLIENT will be responsible for providing all written content, pictures and any media not provided by AGENCY. AGENCY will ensure: -Site is built on Wordpress -Site will be mobile friendly -Site will have instant call button feature for phones -Site will have minimal keyword implementation CLIENT will have two rounds of editing requests before the site is finalized. CLIENT will have 30 days after site is completed to request for content and media modifications. CLIENT understands if programing to redesign is required, there will be additional fees: $50/hour. Timeline: An estimated timeline for the project involves roughly 12 weeks of work. This is contingent upon CLIENT providing all the content needed by AGENCY. The project will be managed online at AGENCY s Basecamp site. Expectations AGENCY does not promise any given results for search engine results. Other Services Provided AGENCY will set your company profile up on Google Places, including: logo, address, phone numbers, photos (provided by CLIENT), hours of operation, testimonials, and high profile business video (provided by AGENCY). AGENCY will set up Google Analytics, which can be mailed to you at your request. AGENCY will set up a reputation management notification system; that way you will get notice of any good or bad press that your company has. AGENCY will continue on a monthly basis to provide extra services beyond this contract, that continue to build a robust online presence for your company.

3 Deliverables This is what we ll be making and delivering to you at the end of the project In exchange for payment of the price outlined below, AGENCY will create and deliver Atlas, creating the following items: Wordpress Website High Impact Business Profile Video Optimized Google Places Account Google Analytic Reporting Reputation Management System Budget/Price* Prices associated with this project Item Description Cost Deposit Monthly This will get our staff started on Atlas: wordpress website, high impact business profile video and google places account creation. 24 month contact. Continued web hosting, content updates, reputation management notifications, google analytic reporting. $700 $ *Client is responsible for paying in full deposit and 24 months of monthly costs, to consider this contract and it s services listed, paid in full. Payment Structure This is the schedule you ll follow for payment of invoices Deposit is due to get the project started. After 30 days of deposit, monthly payment is due, if applicable. Monthly fees are paid through paypal or bank draft, each month and due on the 15th, if applicable. Balance due after completion of site.

4 All project fees are due and payable upon receipt of invoice, including those for any stock photography or other purchased materials authorized for the project. Final payment is required before any files will be released to CLIENT. A Note on Deadlines: AGENCY loves deadlines and we hit every single one of them every time. In order for us to do this for you, however, it is important that you hit every deadline, too. We will rely on you to keep the project flow going with your approvals and sign-offs, as well as getting us content for your website in a timely manner typically before any design can begin. Out-of-contact time and delays in approvals will directly affect the project schedule, necessitating our moving deadlines and milestones back accordingly, but note that payment milestones will remain as scheduled. By signing this document, you acknowledge your responsibilities in keeping the project on-schedule. By the same token, in the unlikely event we miss one of our deadlines, the payment milestones will be adjusted accordingly. It is important to note that AGENCY will run the project. The project managers on this project will define the process and set all deadlines for our team and for yours. And lastly, this We can t please everyone. In fact, we re not even going to try. Pleasing everyone with our work is impossible. It wastes the time of our best customers, and annoys our staff. Great success can happen when we maintain focus upon those who are the rightful targets of the work and the message in order to bring clarity and delight. We will work with you to determine the rightful targets of our work and it is likely that you (CLIENT) are not the rightful target. By signing this contract you volunteer your commitment to this vital standard and the trust in our expertise that it requires. If in the course of our work with you we are required to please the wrong people, our work with you must cease. Authorization to Proceed If all of this looks good to you, let s formalize this agreement Your commitment to this project will be directly reflected in the results. By hiring our agency you ve enlisted our expertise at how best to accomplish the goals that your team and our team have defined. In order to accomplish those goals we require your participation and cooperation even if you don t fully understand some of the elements of that participation (which we ll work hard to make clear). In the end, we can only accomplish what we are allowed to accomplish; the quality of the result will depend significantly on the quality of your participation. AGENCY and CLIENT agree upon the responsibilities and estimates described in this Authorization to Proceed document. CLIENT agrees to pay the full fees detailed herein and
