2 Dear teamplay user, Today, over 1,000 institutions are using teamplay. With a new software version ready for everybody you will experience new features that will support you in working even more efficiently and finding all information you are looking for in teamplay. Our development teams have worked very hard to get everything ready for this upcoming software release. Every teamplay user will automatically gain access¹ to new features and functionalities based on their subscription. We would like to take the chance to inform you about what s new and what your benefits are. What s new? Overall: You can launch all the apps via the new App Launcher. The new screen leaves more space for your institution s important facts and figures. Using role assignment, the institutional admin has the possibility to freely assign roles to users. The admin can create access and permissions for each individual user or multiple users at once based on their professional responsibilities. Page 2 of 7 Unrestricted

3 Please check out the new quick guides. They offer more information about teamplay apps, configuration and setup. You have access to these quick guides directly from the home screen. teamplay Dose: The reference level page s new design makes it easier for you to view all configured radiation dose units per modality type. When using a bi-plane angiography device you can find the plane aggregation information on the events pane. Enter the full patient ID to access patient-related studies and dose information. 4 When exporting data as an Excel file the comments on radiation events are included automatically as well. This helps you fulfill regulations when there is a demand for detailed information regarding both applied radiation values and comments for justification. teamplay Usage: The new design of teamplay Usage with its bar charts makes it easier to find key performance indicators at a glance. Two new performance indicators deliver more in-depth information about your devices. They show utilization and table occupancy so that you know exactly how the equipment is being used. Table occupancy represents the time the patient is physically on the table. This will show the ratio of how much time the device is used compared to the time the device is available. 5 teamplay Images²: After the release of the new software version, two new teamplay applications will be available for medical images. Based on your country s regulations and your subscription you will have access to teamplay Images Research or teamplay Images. teamplay Images Research will be the new name for the existing application and this will be enhanced with the following new functionalities: Handling images is easier now as you can withdraw images or studies in case image sharing is no longer desired. A case that is uploaded in teamplay Images Research automatically receives a unique study ID which is assigned to that case. This makes it easier to identify or search for a particular case. To enhance the search for a dedicated case you can now sort the studies in All Studies by upload date. In addition to teamplay Images Research, teamplay Images (VC10A) provides collaboration features which can help increase communication and reduce turnaround times in your clinical workflow. Instead of burning a DVD with a CT examination, for example, you can now exchange this study in a secure and fast way via teamplay Images. Page 5 of 7 Unrestricted

6 teamplay Protocols³: To better verify changes in CT scan protocols, an interaction with teamplay Dose supports you in reviewing these changes more easily. Now you can verify the applied average dose per scan protocol in teamplay Protocols. Access to teamplay Protocols can be assigned to dedicated experts via the new user role functionality. It is possible to export the protocols tree from each scanner to an Excel file. A compare capability to highlight the altered protocol parameters between different protocols on the same scanner helps you to faster identify alterations. Page 6 of 7 Unrestricted
