3 New Features and Changes in esss 4.0 SP1 RN# NEW FEATURE/CHANGE DESCRIPTION CI-#1 Anonymous Checkout Allow customer to submit an order without registering for an account. CI-#2 Social Network Plugins Click and add Twitter button, Facebook Like Button, and/or Facebook Like Box to the homepage, category pages, and/or product detail pages. CI-#3 CI-#4 Application Programming Interface (API) Category Properties: Custom links to support all URIs API is made available for developers to integrate with esss, such as building a separate mobile version of the site. In addition to HTTP: and the Custom Links on Category properties now supports all URIs, such as mailto: CI-#5 Shipping Origin Origin of shipping calculation was based on the store address, and has been changed to use the Default Order Site ID. This will also require the Site ID information to be imported from GP. Make sure the Default Order Site ID is configured under Settings Nodus/Great Plains, and click the Run Now button next to it to import the Site ID information (site address). CI-#6 FedEx Web Service Migration Due to the retirement of the existing Ship Manager API, Nodus has migrated to the web service version to support real-time shipping rate calculation. CI-#7 Login Anywhere User now can login to the ecommerce website on any page of the shopping cart. User no longer has to go to the login.aspx page in order to login. 3

When admin user closes the Store, users are still able to go to product details page and checkout. Orders completed always shows Problem on checkout receipt page. Credit card numbers are displayed incorrectly when KEK is not hosted. Fax number on Ship To address not displayed under Order History. When page content under Content Category/Product Page, wrong page title is displayed. For items with Customer Choices setup, reserved inventory level on the child item does not take effect. URL Rewrite uses ASCII code to replace characters not supported by URL. After switching an item from not tracking inventory to track inventory, the available quantity stays at Tech 1 Blue default theme Related items display issue on the Product Detail page when viewed with Firefox. Adjusted product display to exclude these items. When store is closed, users will be displayed with the Store Closed page. Removed current status from checkout receipt page. Wallet will not be available when KEK is not hosted. Added fax number display to order history. Correct page title. Available quantity calculation now takes reserved inventory level on child items into consideration. Characters not supported by URL are now replaced with underlines. Connection to GP will be made to re-import the item when item setting is switched to track inventory. Corrected styling with the style-sheet that ship with the product. 4

(Item was setup to not allow back-order.) User is still presented with payment method selection even though a gift certificate is used that s sufficient for the grand total. Extended pricing did not calculate Percent of List correctly. When an order is generated into GP from esss, freight and/or handling tax amount is not reflected on the etransaction Entry window. Out-of-stock child items are not allowed to add to cart if Parent item is setup to not allow backorder. Payment selection will not be displayed of remaining balance is 0. Adjusted calculation to output correct pricing. Corrected information passed to etransaction Entry window. 5
