1 online branch home tab WIDGETS OVERVIEW Q: What is the new Home Tab? A: The Home Tab is a dashboard for all your Online Branch needs. From that single page, you can view your accounts, transfer money, make bill and loan payments and more. Plus, the page is customizable, allowing you to choose and arrange the available widgets in a way that works for you. ***1234 ***4568 ***7894 ***7895 ***6248 ***8456 Q: How do I reset the Accounts tab as my default landing page? A: If you don t like having the Home Tab be your default page when you log into online banking, you can easily change it back to the Accounts tab. 1. In Online Branch, visit the Account Services tab and select Page Preferences from the left menu. 2. Within the Initial Page settings box, select Accounts Overview and click Save. Page 1

2 Q: How do I add widgets? A: 1. In Online Branch, click on the icon to access your dashboard page. 2. Underneath the top row of tabs, a small tab with an arrow will appear. Click on it. 3. When the tab opens, you should see several blue buttons with names. Those are the available widgets. Ones in blue are the ones you don t currently have on your dashboard page. Use the side arrows to scroll between the options. 4. When you find the name of the widget you want to add, click on it and the widget will appear at the bottom of your dasboard page. Q: How do I remove widgets? A: Just find the widget you want to remove on your dashboard page. Click the icon in the upper right corner of the widget box. The widget will be removed from your dashboard page and put back in the listing of available widgets. Don t want to see a widget, but don t want to remove it either? Minimize it by clicking the icon. Q: How do I rearrange the widgets on my page? A: Locate the widget you want to move and then place your cursor over the header. When the symbol appears, click and hold down the mouse button while you drag the widget to your desired location. Q: How do I access other parts of Online Branch? A: All of the Online Branch tabs are still available along the top of the screen; use them as usual to navigate to other parts of the online banking system. Page 2

3 Q: What do I do if I don t want to use the dashboard page? A: If you ve already changed your default landing page back to the Accounts tab, then you don t have to use the dashboard page. The other parts of Online Branch function and appear like they did before. Q: How do I use the transfer widget? A: 1. In the Quick Transfer widget, use the drop-down menus to select the account you want to transfer money from, the account you want the money deposited to, and how much you re transferring. Then click Transfer Now. 2. You will then be asked to confirm the transfer. If everything looks correct, click Confirm & Transfer. If you need to change anything, click Edit. If you realize you don t want to make the transfer, click Edit and remove the information, or just navigate away from the widget -- as long as you don t click Confirm & Transfer the transfer won t occur. ***7895 ***1594 Q: How do I see my account information? A: You can see your account information through two different widgets: Accounts or Accounts and Transactions. In the Accounts widget, you can see all your balances and accounts. 4 In the Accounts and Transactions widget, you can see all your balances and accounts. But, you can also see the five most recent transactions by clicking the plus sign next to the account name. ***9412 ***7894 ***7859 ***7159 ***3489 ***8946 You can continue to expand the transaction history by clicking the More link. 09/30/ /30/ /29/ /27/ /27/2015 Q: How do I change the order my accounts appear in the Accounts or the Accounts and Transactions widgets? A: 1. Click the icon in the upper right corner of the widget you want to adjust. 2. Use the Select and Remove buttons to adjust which accounts you want to appear. Accounts listed in the Selected column are the ones you will see in the widget. You can adjust the order in which they appear by using the Move Up and Move Down buttons. Click OK when you have the accounts you want listed and in the proper order. You may have to hit the button in the upper right corner of the widget to refresh your accounts. Page 4

5 Q: How do I use the Bill Pay widget? A: 1. In the Bill Pay - Popmoney widget, use the drop-down menus to select your biller, the date you want the bill paid, the amount to pay and the account from which to deduct the funds. When it s all filled in, click Make Payment. 2. After the payment is processed, you will see a green checkmark at the top of the widget. If you need to make changes after hitting the Make Payment button, click the Payments tab to access the full version of Bill Pay. Q: How do I use the Popmoney widget? A: 1. In the Bill Pay - Popmoney widget, use the drop-down menus to select the recipient. Page 5

6 If you have never sent a person money, you will need to add them. From the drop-down menu, select Add someone new, and then fill in their name and either their phone number or address. Then click Add Contact. After you have added the recipient, go back and select their name from the drop-down menu. 2. After you select your recipient, use the drop-down menu to select which account to debit, how much you want to send and a personalized note if desired. When complete, click Send Money. Joe Member Money sent through the Popmoney widget defaults to Next business day delivery, which has a $1.50 fee. To use the free 3 business day delivery option, you must access the full version of Popmoney from Bill Pay in the Payments tab. Page 6

7 Q: How do I use the Quick Loan Pay widget? A: 1. In the Quick Loan Pay widget, use the drop-down menus to select the account you want to make the payment from, the Verity loan you want to make a payment to, whether the payment is a regular payment or a principal payment, and how much you re paying. Then click Pay Now. $ *** You will then be asked to confirm the payment. If everything looks correct, click Confirm & Pay. If you need to change anything, click Edit. If you realize you don t want to make the payment, click Edit and remove the information, or just navigate away from the widget -- as long as you don t click Confirm & Pay the transfer won t occur. 10/2015 Page 7
