5 This activity is called a Vortex. By clicking the located in the upper right corner, you will find directions on editing the activity. You will choose the button to make changes. Sometimes it is easier to begin with a blank activity rather than edit an existing one. These are found in the Activities folder To save your edited activity, use one of the following ways: 1. Choose File > Save As. This will save all of the pages as a notebook file 2. Clicking the ( ) above the Gallery > Add Current Page to My Content 3. View the page from the Page Sorter view and use the dropdown menu to select Add Page to Gallery There are many lessons and activities that have already been created by teachers around the world. Many are posted on the Internet. When you find one that you wish to use, download it to your computer and then open it using the Smart Notebook software. You may place it in My Content in the same way as described above. I have created a Smartboard resources folder on Sharepoint. Please share your activities. Place them in the proper curricular area and name them as follows: grade.topic (example: 3.adjectives) There are many sites where you can find Smart lessons. I have added several links on my blog: Use Ink Aware tools with Word, PowerPoint or Excel 5 SC Tech Team 6.11
