Executive Summary This deliverable provides a presentation of the main promotional supports and materials used to promote AEGLE s project in order to raise the awareness and acknowledge the importance of this project. This report makes part of the WP2- AEGLE marketing campaign dissemination, Task 2.4 General Dissemination Activities, regarding the development of promotional material for AEGLE. The main objective of this document is to detail the main dissemination and promotional materials developed the first 6 months of the project concerning the development of the design main materials. WEBSITE AEGLE s project website first version was launched in 31 st March of 2015, with the main domain with a splash page structure that contained the main mission of AEGLE s project and its main objectives. AEGLE s complete version is already developed and programmed and its contents will be filled in until 25 th with the direct contributions of all elements of consortium in order to launch this new version. As this will be an ongoing task, its structure will be dynamic and will be evolved according to the specific needs of this project. This complete version is already developed with these main technical specifications: MULTILINGUAL The website contains in its back-office information that can be available in the following languages: EN, PT, GR, SE, FR, IT, NL. Other languages can be available in the future according to the strategic needs of the project, markets and targets. SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING The website shares information with the main social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION At AEGLE s website users can submit their interest to make part of AEGLE s community and receive our periodic newsletters. This is a unique field requiring just the address of the user. RESPONSIVE AEGLE s platform is fully responsive, optimized to the different advices such as smartphones, tablets and desktop PCs. In this report we show each interface for both desktop and mobile 1 presentation versions. FLEXIBLE BACKOFFICE AEGLE s platform is composed by a flexible back-office with management tools that allows full editing of the contents of this website. All information (such as texts, images, videos, titles, buttons, links, number of articles and menu items) can be translated and edited in different languages. AEGLE S website structure is composed by these main menu interfaces: HOMEPAGE 1 See figures 1 and 2 in pages 10 and 11 of the presente document. D2.7 Page 8 of 55

9 HEADER: It is composed by the main highlights about AEGLE s project with for internal interfaces in the website. It is possible to update different backgrounds with images and videos. CENTER: This section is composed by the main results of the project, news and events. This should be the most dynamic part of the website and contain updated information about what is happening in AEGLE s project. In this section we can find up-to-date information about research results or papers, and meet up to three news highlights. This section will also automatically update information from the last publications in the AEGLE s official blog when this platform will be ready to be launched (in the year of 2016). BOTTOM: At the bottom section users can answer to different questionnaires about an event or their experience with AEGLE s prototype for example. It also contains the partners list of AEGLE s consortium with a link to the web page of each one. Right below there s a download section where users can easily get important information through this shortcut section such as the brochure/flyer of AEGLE s project, go to useful links and downloads and access to papers. Users can also access down to social media share buttons of AEGLE s project and subscribe AEGLE s newsletter. The last level of the homepage interface is the contact form where users can send their message with doubts, requests and detailed info to the coordinator of the project and communication team. 12 This section comprises the main information about AEGLE s project. We defined internal sub sections such as: The AEGLE s approach: It s a definition of AEGLE s project containing mission, values, and vision. All articles can be shared in social media networks. Scenarios and Analytics: It contains the description of different scenarios where AEGLE has direct intervention. The AEGLE s infrastructure: It contains the visual structure of AEGLE s intervention in a comprehensive and visual infographics. 19 RESULTS In this section users can access to the main and public results of the project. Results can be divided in three different sub sections: - Deliverables: are the documents and prototypes listed as public deliverables in AEGLE s Description of Work (DoW). - Communication: are the main evidences of AEGLE s project for its dissemination and communication strategy mainly newsletters. - Questionnaires: it is composed by a list of questionnaires (made by google forms or other platform) developed and shared during the project concerning the evaluation of the participation in an event or about AEGLE s prototype as focus groups. 23 EVENTS At this section users can meet all past and future events regarding AEGLE project. This section comprises a calendar with the current/future dates highlighting days where an event will take place. At the right, users may access the description and detailed information about the next event. Users also can contact AEGLE s team through an interest form (that will open in a light-window box). 39 3. Fact Sheet AEGLE s fact sheet is one of the main promotional tools regarding the presentation of AEGLE s Identity. It comprises the main info about the project with an integrated vision that can easily be shared mainly in digital formats. Fact Sheet contents can be updated during the evolution of the project according to the state of art of the project. Its first version contains the following sections: - the AEGLE s approach; - health scenarios for big bio-data analytics; - the AEGLE s infrastructure; - Innovative processes and expected results; - list of partners. 44 4. Newsletters The first newsletter and will be sent until the end of September. Data base contacts will be placed in an marketing platform from LOBA and the newsletter will be sent to them. We expect to develop and send a minimum of 8 newsletters during the project. The frequency will be determined by the opportunities and needs of communication. Folder Figure 34: AEGLE s folder mock-up The AEGLE S folder comprises the main info about AEGLE s project for an efficient promotion and dissemination information concerning he project, and also the list of partners combined in a graphic representation by using the logo structure. This folder was built in A4 size and can be built, in the future, in different sizes and contents based on the project s specific needs and purposes. Folders will be printed in September and shared among the consortium in order to be used in events. D2.7 Page 45 of 55

47 6. Rollup This promotional tool is strategic for AEGLE s dissemination in specific events with an institutional purpose (project reference and presentation). One rollup will be produced for the next presence event of AEGLE s project. Figure 36 Rollup D2.7 Page 47 of 55

48 7. Poster AEGLE s poster in A2 size was developed with the main purpose of promotion and dissemination of the project. Posters can be held in strategic places for a better awareness of the project. The poster will be printed and distributed to the partners in September. 49 8. Social Media Banners Social Media networks such as LinkedIn and Facebook will be composed with these main covers of the project. The Social Media official pages of AEGLE s project will be launched right after the complete version of the website will go online. 54 11. Conclusion and next steps The first versions of promotional material of AEGLE s project are already developed and were accomplished with the full involvement of the partners. Next steps will be the immediate launch of the complete version of the website and social media networks in order to start promoting the next events and results of the project (by the end of September).
