3 ATS Release Ntes This dcument prvides a brief explanatin f what was fixed and implemented with this release f Advanced Title Search Release Date: March 25, 2017 Pst-Installatin Requirements On the day f the release, it is mandatry that yu delete Temprary Internet Files and Histry prir t lgging int ATS. Failure t perfrm this task will cause functinality issues within ATS, resulting in a wrk-stppage situatin. Deleting Temprary Internet Files and Histry (MS Article ID: ) The Temprary Internet Files (r cache) flder cntains web page cntent that is stred n yur hard disk fr quick viewing. This cache permits Internet r MSN Explrer t dwnlad nly the cntent that has changed since yu last viewed a web page instead f dwnlading all the cntent fr the page every time it is displayed. Administratrs can custmize Temprary Internet File settings t prevent mdificatins. Cntact yur System Administratr if yu cannt access the Internet Optins dialg bx r the General tab. Using Internet Explrer Steps 1. With Internet Explrer pen, click the Tls icn. 2. Select Internet Optins. The Internet Prperties dialg bx displays. 3. On the General tab, lcate Brwsing histry and click thedelete buttn. The Delete Brwsing Histry dialg bx displays. 4. Select Temprary Internet Files. 5. Select Delete. 6. When cmplete, click OK. Using Chrme If yu are using Chrme t access ATS, cmplete the fllwing steps t deleted Temprary Internet files and histry, Steps 1. With Chrme pen, click the Custmize and Cntrl Ggle Chrme drp-dwn list. 2. Chse Histry frm the drp-dwn list. 3. Click Clear brwsing data. 4. Frm the Clear brwsing data pp-up, be sure t select the beginning f time, check Brwsing histry and Cached images and files. Click Clear brwsing data t cmplete. 4 Using Firefx If yu are using Firefx t access ATS, cmplete the fllwing steps t delete Temprary Internet Files and Histry n the day f the release. Steps 1. With the Firefx brwser pen, click the drp-dwn menu, mve yur cursr ver Histry and select Clear Recent Histry; r Click Tls frm the tlbar and select Clear Recent Histry. 2. Frm the Time range t clear drp-dwn, select Everything. 3. Select nly Brwsing & Dwnlad Histry and Cache. 4. Click Clear Nw. 5. When the items are cleared, clse all Firefx brwsers, then repen Firefx. Nte Be patient when perfrming this task, if the Temprary Internet Files flder cntains a significant amunt f web page cntent, then this prcess may take several minutes t cmplete. 5 Bkmarks and Shrtcuts fr ATS We want t take a minute t remind all ATS users that nly shuld be used t access ATS. If yu have any ther bkmarks r shrtcuts fr ATS we ask that delete them frm yur bkmarks\shrtcuts s that nly the link abve is used. If yu need assistance in making sure yu have the crrect bkmark\shrtcut fr ATS please call Custmer Care at , r at custmercare@stewart.cm. Nte Lgging int ATS via any ther means besides will bypass the lad balancer and culd impact yur ability t lg int ATS, as well as the lad fr the ATS servers. Using nly this link will ensure yu are directed nly t functining servers as well as balance the number f users n each server. This will help t keep the server speeds functining at ptimal speeds. 6 Enhancements The fllwing items were added t Advanced Title Search 8.0.0: ALL Cmmunities A new ptin has been added in the Parent Site search and the buttn is labelled Submit & Save. This feature is a single-click ptin fr searching individual dcuments r multiple dcuments by either a number, bk-page, PID, PIN r accunt number, and then will autmatically save ALL fund dcuments t the TSRI. Als, their references will be saved if the save with crss-references ptin is used. All actins perfrmed during the Submit & Save prcess will be displayed as infrmatin at the end f the prcess t shw what has been added. 7 There is nw an Installments table at the bttm f the COUNTY TAX and CITY TAX Dcument Uplad windws. If a dcument is saved frm a Data Surce and cntains installments, they will appear in the Installments table. The nly requirement fr an installment is the Base Amunt (BA) field. Data fr an installment can be mdified and the new values will be saved n dcument after clicking Submit. T imprve the results fr finding prirs, the autmatic search rder has been altered t run Stewart Starter Files (SF) and Stewart Prir Files (PF) after the majr data surces like ATIDS (ATI), DataTrace (DG), etc. Made further adjustments t imprve the quality and accuracy f the OCR features in ATS. These imprvements include: Grantr and Grantee names are nw OCR d frm Assignments and Releases when they reference a Mrtgage (FL) Imprved OCR data frm SKLD (SK) in Adams Cunty, CO ST FL Cmmunity Integrated the QPublicNet site as part f the Assessr s Office (AO) site search fr the fllwing cunties: Calhun, Clay, Dixie, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Glades, Gulf, Hlmes, Mnre, Taylr and Wakulla. Reviewed and updated 105 Dcument Type assignments in ATS, fr accuracy and als added 2 new Sub-categries: CORPORATION/HOA TRANSFER/Deed and Mrtgage Added the ability t select which sub-categry will be used when saving the dcuments frm the SunBiz (SB) Parent Site. All dcuments with these categries; MISCELLANEOUS, AFFIDAVIT, APPOINTMENT, ASSIGNMENT, ASSUMPTION, BY_LAWS, CCER, CORPORATION, EASEMENT, LEASE, LIEN, MASTERDEED, MODIFICATION, MORTGAGE, RELEASE, RESTRICTION, SUBORDINATION, SUBSTITUTION, TRANSFER, will nw be OCR d when they are added t the TSRI during the Autmatic Search. Mrtgages will nw be OCR d t lcate an accurate marital status. Grantrs and Grantees fund n Data surces like ATIDS (ATI), DataTrace (DG), etc., will be verwritten with the nes extracted by the OCR in rder t include the marital status. 8 As part f the ResWare integratin, all dcuments n the TSRI with attached cdes will be sent t ResWare after Dne > Create TSR is selected. ST MO Cmmunity Updated the default cdes fr bth the sub-categries f COURT\Pending Suit and MORTGAGE\Freclsing Deed f Trust. (Updated) COURT\Pending Suit mapped t MOJUD04 (MO) (Updated) COURT\Pending Suit mapped t KSJUD03 (KS) (Remved) MORTGAGE\Freclsing Deed f Trust cde f MOFOR02 (KS & MO) Dcuments fund in the Autmatic Search frm the Clay Cunty, MO Register s Office (RO) with the designatin f TERM-TERMINATION will nw be mapped in ATS as MISC\Terminatin Agreement (new Sub-Categry). The plattecuntycllectr.cm site has nw been integrated int the Platte Cunty Tax Site (TR) and all dcuments designated frm that site will be cmbined int a single dcument n ATS and mapped as the dcument type f EASEMENT/Benefit district. 9 Fixes The fllwing items were crrected in Advanced Title Search 8.0.0: All Cmmunities Reslved an issue where the Agent s name was nt being displayed prperly after signing int ATS. Reslved an errr message that was displayed when pressing the Exprt buttn frm Restrictins/Rates/Orders tabs. The Dashbard Transactins filter will nw cntain the Shrt Name and Custm Name instead f the Default Name. Reslved an issue where there was n image after a dcument was manually fund in any parent site and saved t the TSRI with the OCR ptin checked. Reslved a rare issue where the default cdes were nt being added autmatically t dcuments frm the cunty Tax site (TR). Reslved an issue where the Lt infrmatin in the Legal Descriptin was incrrect due t a btstrapping/ocr related issue. ST CA Cmmunity Reslved an issue during the Autmatic Search where a reference was added t an OCR d dcument which wuld cntain the reference number, but nt need the referencing and wuld cause an incrrect dcument rder. ST CO Cmmunity Reslved an issue where the Dcument Index Page was incrrectly frmatted and did nt lk similar t the Dcument Index Page n the Denver Cunty Tax site (TR). ST FL Cmmunity Reslved an issue were a blank page was fund in the Title Search Reprt that was created by ATS fr prperties lcated in Citrus Cunty. Reslved an issue when attempting t search the ATIDS (ATI) Parent Site, where assciates wuld receive a message, Anther file was fund fr this reference. N Server respnse available. Reslved an issue where an errr message was display after clicking the Clear Frm buttn, under Prperty Address Search, frm the Martin Cunty Taxes (TR) Parent site. Reslved an issue during the Autmatic Search where the PID was nt being used t search several FL Cunty Tax sites (TR) that related t VisualGv, when the PID was available. ST OH Cmmunity Reslved an issue where running multiple searches in the Licking Cunty Taxes (TR) Parent site was nt returning accurate results. ST TN Cmmunity Reslved an issue where the Parent Site Search fr Mre Cunty Tax site (TR) returned different results as cmpared t the Official Mre Cunty Tax site. Reslved search issues frm the Davisn Cunty Register s Office (RO) due t dashes nt being deleted befre searching the instrument numbers. Reslved an issue frm Williamsn Cunty Title Searcher (SCR) where the Search by Name filter was nt being displayed prperly.
