My research focuses on developing efficient parallel solutions to large-scale problems, including designing, analyzing and implementing parallel algorithms, data structures, frameworks, programming tools, as well as applying them to a wide range of applications in all areas and disciplines. Areas of interest: parallel computing, theory (algorithms/data structures), software engineering, computational geometry, databases, data mining/graph mining, computational biology.
