3 ATS Release Ntes This dcument prvides a brief explanatin f what was fixed and implemented with this release f Advanced Title Search Release Date: August 20, 2016 Pst-Installatin Requirements On the day f the release, it is mandatry that yu delete Temprary Internet Files and Histry prir t lgging int ATS. Failure t perfrm this task will cause functinality issues within ATS, resulting in a wrk-stppage situatin. Deleting Temprary Internet Files and Histry (MS Article ID: ) The Temprary Internet Files (r cache) flder cntains web page cntent that is stred n yur hard disk fr quick viewing. This cache permits Internet r MSN Explrer t dwnlad nly the cntent that has changed since yu last viewed a web page instead f dwnlading all the cntent fr the page every time it is displayed. Administratrs can custmize Temprary Internet File settings t prevent mdificatins. Cntact yur System Administratr if yu cannt access the Internet Optins dialg bx r the General tab. Using Internet Explrer Steps 1. With Internet Explrer pen, click the Tls icn. 2. Select Internet Optins. The Internet Prperties dialg bx displays. 3. On the General tab, lcate Brwsing histry and click thedelete buttn. The Delete Brwsing Histry dialg bx displays. 4. Select Temprary Internet Files. 5. Select Delete. 6. When cmplete, click OK. Using Chrme If yu are using Chrme t access ATS, cmplete the fllwing steps t deleted Temprary Internet files and histry, Steps 1. With Chrme pen, click the Custmize and Cntrl Ggle Chrme drp-dwn list. 2. Chse Histry frm the drp-dwn list. 3. Click Clear brwsing data. 4. Frm the Clear brwsing data pp-up, be sure t select the beginning f time, check Brwsing histry and Cached images and files. Click Clear brwsing data t cmplete. 4 Using Firefx If yu are using Firefx t access ATS, cmplete the fllwing steps t delete Temprary Internet Files and Histry n the day f the release. Steps 1. With the Firefx brwser pen, click the drp-dwn menu, mve yur cursr ver Histry and select Clear Recent Histry; r Click Tls frm the tlbar and select Clear Recent Histry. 2. Frm the Time range t clear drp-dwn, select Everything. 3. Select nly Brwsing & Dwnlad Histry and Cache. 4. Click Clear Nw. 5. When the items are cleared, clse all Firefx brwsers, then repen Firefx. Nte Be patient when perfrming this task, if the Temprary Internet Files flder cntains a significant amunt f web page cntent, then this prcess may take several minutes t cmplete. 5 Bkmarks and Shrtcuts fr ATS We want t take a minute t remind all ATS users that nly shuld be used t access ATS. If yu have any ther bkmarks r shrtcuts fr ATS we ask that delete them frm yur bkmarks\shrtcuts s that nly the link abve is used. If yu need assistance in making sure yu have the crrect bkmark\shrtcut fr ATS please call Custmer Care at , r at custmercare@stewart.cm. Nte Lgging int ATS via any ther means besides will bypass the lad balancer and culd impact yur ability t lg int ATS, as well as the lad fr the ATS servers. Using nly this link will ensure yu are directed nly t functining servers as well as balance the number f users n each server. This will help t keep the server speeds functining at ptimal speeds. 6 Fixes The fllwing items were crrected in Advanced Title Search : All Cmmunities Reslved an issue with the this page as an attachment buttn (small icn that lks like an e) nt submitting a viewable image t the Supprt team. Reslved an issue where dcuments frm details page culd nt be saved via Parent Site search r the Autmatic search frm the Shelby cunty Tax Office (TR). Reslved an issue where a very small number f files culd nt be re-pened because they were simultaneusly saved n tw servers. Reslved an issue t allw all CROSS REFERENCE items t be edited/deleted. ST CA Cmmunity Reslved an issue with the OCR prcess that scans and ppulates the infrmatin was nt cmpleting the Vesting and the Legal Descriptin. Reslved and issue where different Recrded Dates were shwing fr DG (Data Trace) dcuments when the time zne was set t Pacific Time. Made imprvements t the OCR prcess that scans and ppulates Grantee Lender n the Title Search Reprt Index (TSRI). Cancelled Supplemental taxes and Paid Supplemental taxes will be added t ReqCnd1 instead f in the tax sectin. Reslved a parsing issue with the names f Spuses that are pulled frm the secndary Cunty Tax site (TR2) in Alameda cunty. Made imprvements t the OCR prcess that scans and ppulates the Legal Descriptin t specifically include items that may fllw EXCEPTING THEREFROM. DataTrace Gateway (DG) dcuments with DcType PY and DcType PS are nw mapped as PRIORFILE/Starter. Reslved an issue where the names frm the GI were nt being cmpleted n the ResultSheet. ST CO Cmmunity Nw ATS will n lnger change the date f the search parameters in SKLD t be the ATS Effective Date when ResWare is sending updated search requests (date dwn) t ATS. 7 ST FL Cmmunity Reslved a parsing issue with in the Legal Descriptin frm data cllectin frm the Parent site PRI (PrpertyInf CreLgic) fr the husing cmmunity. Reslved an issue where running a search frm the AO (Accessr s Office) Parent site in Gilchrist Cunty wuld return the errr Culd nt determine the number f saved dcuments!. Reslved an issue where references were n parsed r parsed incrrectly when running a search frm the AO (Accessr s Office) Parent site in Gilchrist Cunty. Reslved an issue with results being filtered incrrectly in ATI (Autmated Title Infrmatin Data System) fr Plk Cunty. ST IL Cmmunity Reslved an issue where sme images were nt fund in the autmatic search fr the Ck Cunty s Registers Office (RO). Reslved an issue where running a General Index Name Search mdule frm PI (PrpertyInsight) returns the message, PI returned empty respnse!, fr any name entered. ST KS Cmmunity Reslved an issue, in Jhnsn Cunty, where uplading a dcument with an image link did nt shw the link in Title Search Reprt. ST OH Cmmunity Reslved an issue where the Save Dcument buttn was missing after searching the Delaware Cunty Tax site and als remve an unnecessary banner. ST TN Cmmunity Updated the infrmatin in ATS t be able t cnnect t the new Tax site fr the cunty f Chester. Reslved an issue where the instrument number did nt cntain the Accunt number fr dcument fund in searches frm the Davidsn cunty Tax Office (TR). Advanced Title Search Release Ntes August

8 Reslved an issue where N Results were being pulled frm Parent Site search r the Autmatic search frm the Williamsn cunty Register s Office (RO). Reslved an issue where the aut-cmplete in the Parent Site, Chester cunty Tax site (TR), was displaying the wrng infrmatin fr Search by PrpertyID and the Search by Address mdules. ST TX Cmmunity - NEW Updated the URL and settings fr a recently updated Accessr s Office (AO) in Kenedy Cunty. Advanced Title Search Release Ntes August

9 Enhancements The fllwing items were added t Advanced Title Search : ST ALL Cmmunities Changes have been made t the Edit and Dne menu ptins n the TSR Index. The Dne menu nw cntains nly Create TSR and New Search. The Edit menu nw cntains Cpy, Paste, Clear SP (search page) and Clear TSRI\I. Nte Selecting Clear TSRI\E will delete ALL dcuments frm the TSR Index. Advanced Title Search Release Ntes August

10 A new ptin under View Images menu has been added, which will prvide mre ptins. Selecting a Search Type will prvide t user a.pdf file cntaining all images f dcuments with that specific Search Type. View Images > Recrder Only > Type: cs - Cmbined Search Type: gi - GI NameSearch Type: gt - Grantr/Grantee Name Search Type: in - Instrument/Dcument Number r B&P Type: in Image Parser Type: ls - Legal Descriptin Search Type: ls - Subdivided legal descriptin search Type: pn - PIN Search Increased the number f characters fr Grantr/Grantee fields n TSRI frm 300 t 1000 characters. If the Run Sheet frm DG (Data Trace) fails t dwnlad, then the dcument ResultSheet will cntain the external links that pint t every Run Sheet. Als n the TSRI n the DS menu ver the ResultSheet dcument there is will appear a Search Dcument ptin. If yu hit this ptin, then a new dwnlad will be started. If the Run Sheet dwnlads with success, then the dcument ResultSheet will cntain every Run Sheet frm DG and the ptin Search Dcument will disappear frm DS menu but if fails then the ptin will still be there. 11 New search ptins were added fr the PC (Pacer) Parent Site. Search results are nw srted by Name. Users may preselect the Curt/Regin filter with the same values that are used in the autmatic search. Autmatic search als srts by name. Added Cncatenate intermediary results if at mst which will shw the selected number f pages (drp dwn menu 1-10) n a single page. ATS will nw re-run the autmatic search n DataTrace Gateway (DG) when the errr message Site errr! displays. Nw if dcuments are checked n the TRSI Extended, s that the items will be mved t the Title Search Reprt Index (TSRI), ATS will check it against the rules that it uses fr all dcuments n the TSRI and then check mark items that shuld be checked. ST CA Cmmunity Nw if the Tax Sheet frm DG (Data Trace) fails t dwnlad, then in TSRI n DS menu, there will appear a Search Dcument ptin. If yu hit this ptin, then a new dwnlad will be started. If the Tax Sheet dwnlads with success, then the ptin search Dcument will disappear frm DS menu and if fails then the ptin will still be there. Als, in an autmatic search if the dwnlad f the Tax Sheet fails then a new dwnlad will be made at the end f the autmatic. Als, if the Tax Sheet frm DG fails t dwnlad, then a warning displayed under Checkpints & Warnings will state: Incmplete Tax Sheet frm DT. Nw when the Title Search Reprt is created it will als include the Pacer (PC) dcument index. Made imprvements t the OCR prcess that scans and ppulates the Assignr and assignee within the assignment recrd. Added a New Categry labeled MISCELLANEOUS\Rescissin, which will autmatically be mapped t any dcument frm DataTrace Gateway (DG) that is indexed RN. Advanced Title Search Release Ntes August

12 A new ptin fr users has been intrduced under My ATS that prvides 8 ptins fr rdering the dcuments in TSR Index (Srt by). T reslve varying needs f Case frmatting fr the Legal Descriptin and the Vesting, new ptins have been added under My ATS. Advanced Title Search Release Ntes August

13 ST FL Cmmunity Made imprvements t the OCR prcess that scans and ppulates the infrmatin (Grantr, Grantee) n the TSRI that cmes frm the DataTrace Gateway (DG) parent site fr Calhun Cunty. There is nw a Result Sheet fr ATI (Autmated Title Infrmatin Data System) and within the Flrida Title Services cmmunity the DG (DataTrace Gateway) Result Sheet is nw unchecked by default.
