I just want you to know who is behind this report and the marketing strategies presented within it. Intro Video - WordPress, Domains, Taking Action The 3-Hour Profit Plan Introduction This report is based on actual results which I achieve during the summer and fall of 2009 and it is based on tactics that I implement daily. Thus, I want you to know that they flat out work, and work well. As long as you take action. In a nutshell, the 3-Hour Profit Plan is based on the fact that a well optimized website which targets a keyword phrase that is not overly competitive will, quite often, rank in the top 30 of Google. The Case Study During the late summer and early fall of 09, I launched about 125 mini websites. Most of them, say about 100, only contained content on the homepage and nowhere else. 4 These sites were based on 3-word phrases, were not too competitive and were optimized with some basic SEO principles which I will share with you in the coming pages. Very little effort was put into link building. In fact, each site only had two links pointing from one other online site. This simple structure left me free to focus on building more mini sites and that is how I was able to launch so many of them in such a short period of time. I Did Not Worry about... Adding Additional Content Updating My Site Managing My Site Link Building Promotion Social Media I was able to leverage parts of Google's ranking algorithm to ultimately drive more traffic and make more money. Here are the rankings of about 85 of those sites. Sorry, at the time I was writing this report I did not have historical data on the remaining 40 or so sites. 1 Site: Ranking #1 26 Sites: Ranking In the Top Sites: Ranking between 11 and 20 8 Sites: Ranking between 21 and Sites: Ranking between 30 and 200 About a dozen sites are nowhere to be found on Google Note that more than 50% of the sites listed above rank in the top twenty of Google for their chosen target keyword phrase. The traffic to these sites has been steady and consistent and has resulted in affiliate commissions averaging about $300 a day. 5 The sites in question target Halloween and costume sales. But I will show you the action I take to apply the same strategies to launch sites which target search terms that are used all year round. The revenue above was generated by the sites mentioned in this report plus two other "older" websites that earned about half of the commissions listed on the affiliate report above. The other two older sites earned great commissions. But you must realize that I spent far more time on those sites with promotions, link building, writing and adding content, paying for more content, etc.... 6 Step One: Research keyword phrases to identify between 25 and 40 phrases that meet the criteria listed below word keyword phrase 2. Based on a product or a service (which sells well online) 3. Monthly global traffic above 4,000 (AdWords tool, set to broad) 4. Estimated cost per click above $1 (AdWords tool) 5. No more than 2 million Google results (broad); or no more than 50,000 (exact) Note: You have some flexibility with items 3 and 4. Example: You find a three or four word phrase with 6,000 monthly searches - then an estimated Google bid price of only 75 cents would be fine and you should proceed building the mini site at once. Save any keyword phrase that meets the criteria above and proceed. Video 1 - Keyword Research Video Save hours, Micro Niche Finder >>> My Micro Niche Finder Bonus Offer - "Just Born" Keywords <<< Step Two: Grab Great Domains In the introduction of my 3-Hour Profit Plan, I mentioned that this blueprint leverages part of the Google algorithm, and that is based on the power of a domain name. If you want to rank well with Google for a search term, the easiest way to do that is by grabbing a domain with the exact search term. Check the Google results for new product launches (Internet Marketing) and you will notice tons of sites that appear in the top twenty and they all contain the exact phrase you just typed (or part of it), within the domain. So if Google ranks these sites high we will jump on board and grab domains based on the exact phrase. If you found a total of 40 terms, you might only register 25 domains and that is just fine. We will not go into great detail about the sites we launch, we will not labor through a whole lot of analyzing and we will not over-thinking anything. Copyright 2009, All Rights Reserved, Brian G. 7 Instead, we will take massive action because we will trust that "some of the sites will rank well and drive traffic". Later, once all the sites are live, we will then look at which of them are ranking and focus our energies where we get the best return for our investment of time. Video 2 - Domain "Bulk" Registration Once you are in possession of the domains, you will need to start launching your sites with WordPress. While you can use other "site builders," I recommend you get familiar with WordPress as it offers tremendous power and a great deal of flexibility. When first launched, each site only needs to have one page of content as the homepage and a handful of outbound links to sites which rank well in Google for the given niche. You will also want to make sure that the following elements are present on your site: (from my Commission Ritual course) which leads us to Step Three of this report. Step Three: Launching Your Mini Sites for High Google Ranking The Ranking Ritual Formula 1. Target Keyword Phrase in the Title Tag 2. Target Keyword Phrase in the Meta Description 3. Target Keyword Phrase in the Content (once or twice) 4. Unique Content Not Found Anywhere Else 5. Outbound Links in the WordPress Links Section 6. These Should Be on Topic to Sites that Rank Well 7. 8 Video 3 - Using My Ranking Ritual - Affiliate Payload Example Once you have launched your site, use my "KeywordLuv" method to get a few back links to the site and your promotion is done. Video 4 - KeywordLuv Linking Method Once you have launched the site, you can then monetize it with either AdSense and/or with affiliate links. Branch Out Past ClickBank When I mention affiliate links, one thing jumped out of my head. Having taught many marketers over the years, I see too many people confining themselves ClickBank. Do not make this mistake. Find out what people are searching for (products / services that sell well) and give it to them. Think physical products, they far outsell ebooks and video courses. When you choose physical products you get into the main stream. Step 4: Track Sites For Google Rankings Once all your sites are up, you can then fire up "Rank Checker" which is an add-on for the FireFox browser and it s an excellent tool. You could also find similar products online which sell for $97. However, Rank Checker will give you graphics and reports. It is easy to use and it is free. 9 A second plug-in for FireFox was created to graph out your site rankings over time. It is called Site Rank Reporter and it is also free and very powerful. Video 6 - Site Rank Reporter Once you start getting back data on your ranking sites, you will need to take action to increase the rankings on those sites which are close but not quite at the top ten yet. The reason is simple. Google lists the top ten sites on page one of the default search results and this is where you want your sites to be. So, look at your reports and focus on sites which are ranking between 11 and 15. Using the KeywordLuv method, build a few more links to them. Step 5: Rinse Repeat & Scale The true power of this system is its scalability. Once you are making some money, you can hire someone to write the content for you. The key is to avoid getting too attached to any one site and to know that if your sites are ranking in the top 40 of Google for your primary phrase, they will also be found for dozens of related keyword phrases. Once one "batch" of sites is online, I believe that it makes more sense to build another batch rather than to try improving positions. If you focus on building your online business in this manner for a period of six months, you will most certain increase your earnings. Remember that you basically need two things to move forward. You need a domain name and then you need a webhosting account.
