2 How to logon Type vltshop.danfoss.com in your browser. This will take you to the logon screen. Enter the user and password you have requested before. If you want to logon in a different language, please select the language. This will change the language of the login screen as well. 3 How to get started When you are logged in, the system will present the Welcome page. From here you can navigate to the basket and type in the products you want to order, enter the catalog and browse the Danfoss products or search orders in order to follow up on them. Enter the shopping cart. Search and display existing orders. 4 How to configure Navigate to the catalog. This can be done in different ways. One way is to click on VLT Drives on the left hand side. Now you can navigate by clicking the pictures. 5 Here you can pick the product series you want to configure. Configurator code no Please notice, each configurator has a code number in the system. When you configure, you may see a code number like 100_SER. This is not the ordering code no. The configurator number will sometimes remain in the VLT Shop. Where possible the ordering no. will be shown or the configurator no. will be replaced by the ordering code no. However, on the order confirmation, sent to you from our back office, there will be the ordering no. You can match that with the Typecode Danfoss Power Electronics 5 / 11 Last changed

6 How to go to cart / checkout There are different ways to get to the cart. The quickest way is through the mini cart in the upper left corner of the screen. Click on the word View cart to enter the cart. Another way into the cart is via the link Shopping cart Danfoss Power Electronics 6 / 11 Last changed

7 How to add to cart There are different possibilities to add a product to the basket. 1. After a product is configured 2. Pick a product from the catalog 3. 8 2. Pick a product from the catalog When you have found your product in the catalog, click the green cart icon. 3. Put in the code no directly to the cart You can also enter the code no directly in the cart. Navigate to the cart and enter the code no. 9 How to search for an existing order It is possible to check existing orders. For that purpose go to the search. Now you can search for orders. Fill in the following fields: Enter the period you want to see orders for. If you are searching for a specific order no, enter the order no. here. This is called a transaction ID. 11 Product Converter *NEW* The product converter is a new feature in the VLT Shop. With this feature you can convert a discontinued product (e.g. VLT 5000) into an actual product (e.g. FC-series). You cannot configure discontinued products. You can however search these products by code number or typecode. Enter the code number or typecode here: Wildcard search is supported. Enter a * as wildcard. E.g. 175B12* or VLT5012*B20* Pick from the search result and enter the product details. Now you can convert the product and add it to the basket or navigate to the new product or change the configuration, so the new product fits your application requirements Danfoss Power Electronics 11 / 11 Last changed
