2 Installation Serial Controller installation 1. Install Onetouch driver, please execute SETUP.EXE. 2. Click Next button for next step. 2

5 7. Click Finish button finish the drivers installation 8. Select Touch Device interface: For Serial controller: Click COM Port, connect the controller D SUB connecter to COM port and DIM KeyBoard connecter to Keyboard port on your PC. Select Touch Device interface (Step 11): For USB controller: Click USB Port.connect the controller USB connecter to USB port on your PC 9. When screen display Detect Touch Device message, please touch your touchscreen, till the system auto detect the touch device and into the Calibration display. 5

6 10. Touch each point on the quadrant when prompted (touch the screen gently, without dragging your finger on the touch panel). When you release your finger you will hear a beep. Move to the next point. After you touch the last point the following Control Panel display will appear. 6

7 USB Controller installation 11. Select Touch Device interface: For USB controller: Click USB Port.connect the controller USB connecter to USB port on your PC. 7

8 12. When display this message please connect the controller USB connecter to USB port on your PC. 13. Click Next button for next step 8

9 14. Click Continue button for install drivers 15. Click Finish button for complete install drivers 9

10 16. Connect the USB controller to USB port and click OK for next step. 17. System auto detect the USB Touch Device, click Yes for next step. 18. Enter Calibration picture automatically ( 9 items) 19. When screen display Detect Touch Device message, please touch your touchscreen, till the system auto detect the touch device and into the Calibration display (Step 9) 10

11 Uninstall Step1: Execute Star\Control Panel, open the control panel window Step2: double click removed/add program icon, select the Removed program and ControlPanel program on the program list. Click the Removed button for uninstall this program. 11

12 Step3. Click OK for uninstall Select Yes, I want to restart my computer now and press finish button restart computer complete uninstall. 12

13 Utility General: The General tab is displayed when the Control Panel is opened. You can open other tabs below by selected the tabs. About Driver and utility version description. Click OK close this dialog box. 13

14 Calibration 1. Click Calibration button into the Calibration display as below. 2. Touch each point on the quadrant when prompted (touch the screen gently, without dragging your finger on the touch panel). When you release your finger you will hear a beep. Move to the next point. After you touch the last point the following Control Panel display will appear. Note. If you are not satisfied with the screen alignment select the Retry button (This can be done from the keyboard by typing [R] and repeat Calibration step) 3. Touch anywhere on the screen; the cursor should appear under your finger. Hold your finger on the screen and drag the cursor around. If the cursor responds correctly then your touch panel is accurately aligned to your monitor. Touch OK button to exit and save. 14

15 Mode: This mode is selected by clicking the mode tabs. Touch Mode This property is setting the touchscreen as a mouse left button click. Drawing Mode : Selected this item you can use the touchscreen as a mouse with left button. You can draw the icon on screen or Double-clicks on an icon when the screen is touched twice in succession at the same location. Lift down Mode: Mouse cursor with move to the position where your finger touches down the touchscreen. The windows icon can be selected by finger touch down on the touchscreen but can not been drawing. Lift up Mode : Mouse cursor with move to the position where your finger touch down and release the touchscreen. The windows icon can be selected by finger leave the touchscreen but can not been drawing. Right Button Select the item can be enable the mouse right button simulates for touchscreen. Cursor On/Off On: Turn on the mouse cursor display. Windows will display the mouse cursor on screen. Off: Turn off the mouse cursor display. It will no any cursor display on screen. NOTE: Please make sure you have been Calibration your touchscreen before you turn off the cursor display. DoubleClick Properties Double Click Region This setting you can define the location range you double click on the icon. Double Click time You can setting the click rate fast or slow when double click the icon. 15

16 Sound: The Sound tab is setting the sound alarm when you touch the touchscreen. You can set the sound from sound card or "Beep" to the system speaker. Sound Mode You can set the sound alarm when you touch down or touch up the touchscreen. Beep from You can select the sound alarm from Sound card or PC Speaker. Time set (ms) This setting is for how long the Beep will sound. Frequency set (Hz) This setting is for the Beep sound frequency. (100Hz is for low frequency, 5000Hz is for high frequency) 16

17 Multiple monitors Select the Multiple monitor tab you can setting the multiple touch monitor. The right frame displays the touch and screen information, includes how many screens and how many touches. You can see the information of which touch connect to which screen. If the connect between touch and screen is incorrect you can set touch connect to correct monitor. When you change the left frame will display the information of the touch panel s active area. You can set the touch and screen connection by select different Touchscreen to the any designate Monitor (ex. Select T1 touchscreen connect to Monitor1). Press the Calibration button for calibration touchscreen to designate monitor and press Apply button when you finish the setting (ex. Calibration T1 touchscreen in Monitor1, select T1 Connect to Monitor (0,0,1024,768) and press Calibration button get to the calibration application.) 17

18 Touch Device setting: Each touch device will have a standalone setting tab. Enable Device Select Enable Device you can enable you touchscreen. You also can see which touchscreen is corresponding with which monitor on your system. Effective Range If you want to limit the active area for your touchscreen. You can change the active area by change the left, Right, Top, Bottom, number. And you can push the Full Screen for reset the active area as defaults setting. Calibration Touch each point on the quadrant when prompted (touch the screen gently, without dragging your finger on the touch panel). 18

19 Drawing Test Drawing test let you can easy testing the touchscreen function by finger and touch pen direct drawing on touchscreen. HEX Data Click Capture Now button, and touch the touchscreen you will see the data display on the Hex Data area as below picture. It can help programmer understand every position data for touchscreen. 19
