1 Hi, We ve built a mobile app for 2017 Parents as Teachers International Conference! It has all the important information you ll need for the event, and features to enhance your event experience. Step 1: Download the App! The first thing you ll need to do is download the app on the device you re bringing to the event. You may need your Apple APP Store or Google Play Store password to download the APP. DOWNLOAD THE APP Don t have ios or Android? Skip Step 1 and go straight to Step 2 to verify your account and use the mobile web version of the app. Click the Download the APP button above, it s a live link! Once the APP is downloaded on your phone or tablet, open it and tap the blue Search for Events button. Then search for Parents as Teachers. To access the Parents as Teachers 2017 Conference APP you will need to input a password. Event Password: NationalCenter2017 Don t have ios or Android? 2 Step 2: Verify Your Account Then, come back to this using the same device from Step 1 and click Verify Account to unlock all of the app s advanced features. This also allows web access to the APP. Use this if you have a Windows or Blackberry device, or if you have an older operating system on your device. VERIFY ACCOUNT Click the Verify Account button above, it s a live link! Browsers The EventCenter and OEG are compatible with: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11. Mobile Operating Systems CrowdCompass apps require ios 9 and higher or Android 4.5 and higher. Devices ipad 1, iphone 3GS, ipod Touch 4th generation and older Apple devices are not supported. Our apps can only be downloaded on Android devices that have access to the Google Play Store. Kindle Fire and other devices that use the Amazon App Store are not supported. When searching for the APP on your phone, look for the AttendeeHub icon. It looks like this:

3 Downloading the App Get the app 1 Go the right store. Access the App Store on ios devices and the Play Store on Android. If you re using a Blackberry or Windows phone, skip these steps. You ll need to use the web version of the app found here. 2 Install the app. Search for CrowdCompass AttendeeHub. Once you ve found the app, tap either Download or Install. After installing, a new icon will appear on the homescreen. Find your event 1 Search the AttendeeHub. Once downloaded, open the AttendeeHub app and enter Parents as Teachers. 2 Open your event. Tap the name of your event to open it.

4 Logging In Via the Web Through the Invitation 1 Open your invitation . Access your invitation on the device that you plan to bring to the event. Tap Verify Account. 2 Activate your account. Click mobile web browser to complete the verification via the Online Event Guide. Through a URL 1 Open the OEG. Access the web version of the event s app using this URL: event.crowdcompass.com/2017patnc. Tap the hamburger icon in the top left, Log in, then Log In once again from the dropdown. 2 Enter your deets. Enter your first and last name where prompted, then tap Next. Enter an address you have access to, then tap Next one more time. 3 Verify your account. Access your verification . You ll see it includes your four-digit verification code. Return to the log in page and enter the verification code, then tap Verify to log in to your mobile app.

5 Marketing Yourself Build Your Profile 1 Access your profile settings. After logging in, tap the hamburger icon in the top left, then tap your name at the top of the screen. 2 Tell us about you. Fill out the text fields to give other attendees a sense of who you are. You can write a short bio, provide your contact information, or direct people to your website or social media accounts. Take it Public 1 Access your profile settings. If you don t mind fellow attendees seeing your profile, you can set it to public. After logging in, tap the hamburger icon in the top left, then tap your name at the top of the screen. 2 Uncheck the box. At the top of your Profile Settings, make sure that the box marked Set Profile to Private is unchecked.

6 Adding to My Schedule Browse Around 1 Open the Schedule. After logging in, tap the Schedule icon. 2 Browse the Calendar. Switch days by using the date selector at the top of the screen. Scroll up and down to see all the sessions on a particular day. See something interesting? Tap the plus sign to the right of its name to add it to your personal schedule. View Your Schedule 1 Take a look at your agenda. Tap My Schedule to see what sessions you ve added 2 Make edits. Tap the minus sign next to any session you ve added to your schedule to remove it. You can also tap the name of any session to be taken to its detail page.

7 Adding Your Profile Photo On ios 1 Access your profile settings. After logging in, tap the hamburger icon in the top left, then tap your name at the top of the screen. 2 Choose your photo. Click Choose Files and either select a photo from your gallery or take a new one with your camera. Or Android 1 Access your profile settings. After logging in, tap the hamburger icon in the top left, then tap the arrow to the right of your name at the top of the screen. 2 Uncheck the box. Tap Edit Profile Photo, then either select a photo from your gallery or take a new one with your camera.
