1 DISTRICT SEVEN PROJECT OVERVIEW continues to make significant project investments in District Seven. In fiscal years 2014 and 2015, current Turnpike projects total over $141 million within Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties.
