4 3 The configuration wizard will pop up after startup, please follow the steps below to finish configurations. Wizard Setup 1. Password and Security Question To prevent your system from being hacked, please set up password for system for the first time. (The default password is Strongly recommend you to edit security question in case you may need to reset your password). 2. Time Setup 3. Network Settings 4. Add Cameras 5. Disk Setting 6. Record Settings

5 4 Name Your Cameras Please click Start -> Settings-> Camera and click Edit camera and tap Edit icon to edit camera name. Please make sure you ve connected your NVR to the router via an Ethernet cable. 1. Download Superlive Plus on your mobile phone from Apple App Store or Google play; You can also scan the QR code below to download the mobile app. SuperLive Plus For iphone For Android 2. Open your app and click to add device. 3. Click to scan the QR code of your NVR. (Please click information icon on the lower right corner of your monitor to get serial number/qr code)

6 5 4. Enter the password of your NVR and click Preview. Please download the PC client software at: 1. Run setup.exe on Windows PC and install CMS. 2. Launch CMS and create superuser and password, then select storage drive; 3. Click Add Device to add device.

7 6 Option 1: Manually add via its serial number (Please click information icon connected with your NVR to get serial number/qr code) on the lower right corner of monitor which is

8 7 Option 2: Quickly add (you can only view in LAN but not remotely via Quickly Add) 4. Go to Live Preview and double-click or drag each camera to display area; For more function details please click Help on the upper right corner or go to to get the user manual.

9 8 Note: Your computer must be in the same LAN with your PoE system 1. Find the IP address of your device: Click Start -> Settings-> Network-> TCP/IP; 2. Type in the IP address in your IE browser bar, such as ; 3. Login with your user name and password. (The one you use to login your system on the monitor, default user name and password is admin and ); 4. Download and install the web plug; 5. Refresh/Restart the web browser to start live view.

11 10 b) Continuous Recording Please choose Auto mode, check in Always (24*7) Record +Motion Record and click OK c) Time Scheduled Recording 1.Choose Manual mode and click Edit Schedules.

12 11 2. Click + to add your own schedules. 3. Type in a name for the schedule. 4. Left click and drag your mouse to select time. Then click Add

13 12 5. Click Schedule config and select schedule for each camera. (e.g.: if you want your camera to record when motion detected during this schedule, please choose this schedule under Motion Record Schedule.) a) Playback on NVR 1. Click Start -> Playback, go to the NVR playback menu; 2. Select the date and time to start playback. b) Playback via IE browser Note: Your computer must be in the same LAN with your PoE system

14 13 1. Type in NVR s IP address to the Internet Explorer address bar and login to the NVR Web GUI; (Find the IP address on the monitor: Click Start -> Settings-> Network-> TCP/IP.) 2. Click Playback, then check in cameras, select a date and click search. Then click time bar to start remote playback. c) Playback via PC software CMS Open your PC client software, login with your username and password. (refer to the Page 5 to download, install and setup the PC client software) 2. Click Play Record.

15 14 3. Select date and cameras, then click search, double click time bar to start playback; a) Backup on NVR 1. Insert a USB disk into the NVR USB port. Click Start -> Playback, go to the NVR playback menu; 2. Select the date and time, then drag on the time bar to choose the specified time period, right click and choose Backup or click the download icon to backup files to USB disk.

16 15 b) Backup via IE browser Note: Your computer must be in the same LAN with your PoE system 1. Type in NVR IP address to Internet Explorer address bar and login to the NVR Web GUI; (Find the IP address on the monitor: Click Start -> Settings-> Network-> TCP/IP.) 2. Click Backup, then you can back up by Event/ Time/ Image Management.

17 16 c) Backup via PC software CMS Login with your user name and password, add device to CMS management. (refer to the Page 5 to download, install and setup the PC client software) 2. Click Backup Record, select date and cameras, then click Search and Download to backup.

18 17 Notification 1. Click Start -> Settings-> Alarm-> Motion Alarm, turn on alert function and click Apply. 2. Click Event Notification ( ), then click Edit Recipients button and Add to add receiver list. Hit Apply to save configurations.

19 18 3. Click Edit Sender, fill in the sender account and click Apply to save. (The info in picture is just an example) You can click Test button to verify the settings. (please check with your supplier if you have troubles in SMTP configuration) Mobile app alarm Click Start -> Settings-> Alarm-> Event Notification (Push Message). Check in Enable and click Apply. You can click Test to test whether you can receive alarm on mobile phone.

20 19 Click Retrieve Password Option1: Reset password via security question. If you ve set security question for this system, please type in the answer to reset password.

21 20 Option2: Reset password via Dynamic Password. If you didn t set a security question, please click Dynamic Password and take a photo of the page below and us. We will send you a Dynamic Password as soon as we can. Attention: Please keep "Retrieve Password" window open until received the new password.
