Make the start date of the project the start date of the first task (ISSUE- 442) When creating a project from a blueprint the start date that you enter will now become the start date for the first task in your schedules all gaps to other tasks will be kept as well. Assignment By Delegation (NDEV-24, NDEV-25, NDEV-26, NDEV-27) We have added the ability to assign users to tasks using delegation, meaning the resource scheduling show task assignment instead of assignments to entire projects. Location Project > Schedules > Schedule > Gantt Resources > Planning. Additional Within the Gantt the PM can now check the availability of ALL resources within the company, when combined with the skills feature this list would be filtered to show the best resources available to use for that task. Below is an example.

Known Bugs Reference SUP-1 SUP-161 SUP-307 SUP-346 When you double click on the last task of a schedule, the toolbar begins to disappear and only reappears by clicking over a task further up the schedule. The toolbar is also lost when working on the Gantt chart with a full screen and then returning to a normal sized screen. There is an inconsistency when deleting an object whose details have already been opened on the system. If the object is deleted from it s listing but then it s details are re-opened from the Recents list, an error is generated when trying to save any changes made as the object itself has already been deleted. Este es un problema que se va a tener con cualquier objeto que pueda ser eliminado y quede en el panel Recientes. When a bar chart widget is added, it cannot be immediately viewed on the system. It is only displayed once the dashboard has been reloaded. There are inconsistencies with the Updates widget when a display of 3 columns is selected. The columns appear on top of one another.

The Links button hides the Display button. In the project costs widget, the values on the Y axis are not fully displayed. In the project costs widget, the last part of the widget is lost when changing the type of distribution. When a task widget has been configured and is viewed fully maximised, the bar chart sometimes loses the name of each one of the bars. When a project is created using a Microsoft Project file that has a name with accents, the widget displays it with different characters. When a timesheet report is generated, the system is displaying the following error twice: General error performing the requested operation. Please try again later. It appears that the error only occurs after long periods of inactivity (i.e. during night hours) and usually affects the first user of the morning.

19 3. Known Bugs Reference SUP-1387 SUP-1190 The following errors have been identified in the Gantt chart: 1. When a milestone s start date is changed, the system assigns as start date the date BEFORE that defined by the user. 2. When a tree is expanded and both a horizontal and vertical scroll appear, a jumping effect is created losing focus on the task being changed. The following inconsistencies have been found in the Gantt s planning tree: 1. When reducing the indentation, and all the activities included in a deliverable are removed from view, the effort of the deliverable s root node is not being updated. 2. When adding a structure with several activities and several tasks, and adding effort to the tasks and saving, the total of the structure s first activity is not updated. The Gantt must be closed and loaded up again in order for all the activities to be updated.

20 3. Known Bugs Reference SUP-106, SUP- 1399, SUP-1454 When the browser s zoom is above or below 100%, there are some inconsistencies: The Gantt seems to freeze on the last entry to the tree. If there are many entries on the Gantt and there is a vertical scroll, the screen seems to shift and does not allow further work. The title bar of the pop up window of the Approvals Attachments in My Approvals changes size whenever the cursor is placed on it.
