Als, if the database server machine is a virtual machine, the resurce MUST be dedicated fr the database server. Apart frm the embedded PstgreSQL database server, installing UCMDB server and database server (Oracle, Micrsft SQL, r PstgreSQL) tgether n the same machine is nt supprted. The hardware requirements culd be the same as thse fr UCMDB server, but the DB SPACE depends n the data scale. Fr example, fr a data scale f 30 millins CIs, Micr Fcus recmmends 500 GB r mre space fr data files and 200 GB r mre space fr lg files. The plugin cntainer fr Firefx stps wrking and smetimes, when clicking Lgut, nthing happens. In this case, use a different supprted Firefx versin. T change the lcally available JRE: 1. Place a new JRE deplyment executable file in: C:\hp\UCMDB\UCMDBServer\deply\ucmdb-ui\static\JRE 2. Restart the server. If yu are using Micrsft Internet Explrer, yu can dwnlad the Oracle JRE frm the Java website ( After installatin, verify that the brwser is using the crrect Java versin. T d this, pen the Java Cntrl Panel (Cntrl Panel > Java) and then verify the fllwing settings: In the Security tab, the Enable Java cntent in the brwser ptin is selected. In the Java tab, click View. In bth the User and System tabs f the Java Runtime Envirnment Settings dialg bx, verify that the check bx in the Enabled clumn fr the crrect prduct is selected.
