1 General Specifications Model LHS6530 Package R3 GENERAL The Package imports process, trend and closing of the Human Interface Station (HIS) into Microsoft Excel sheets to create and print a report. To import, the Open Data Interface Package is used. Joint use with Model LHS5170 Access Administrator Package (FDA: 21 CFR Part 11-compliant) enables access control and audit trail management to be applied to user access for creation and modification of any report format. The Package is applicable for the following reports: Template type Usage Read Hourly report template Exactly on the every hour, the operation result of the past one hour is printed. Hourly closing or trend Shift report template Daily report template Weekly report template Monthly report template Yearly report template Snapshot report and ondemand report template Alarm report template At the shift change (or number closing) time, the operation result of the past eight hours is printed. At the daily closing time of the day, the operation result of the past one day is printed. At the daily closing time of the day at the end of every week, the operation result of the past one week is printed. At the daily closing time of the day at the end of every month, the operation result of the past one month is printed. At the daily closing time of the day at the end of every year, the operation result of the past one year is printed. The operation status at the time when the print request was issued is printed. Alarm event messages that have occurred within a given period of time in relation to the specific function block are printed. Audit Trail Management When you save the printed report, The printed report can be seen on the Audit Trail Management Window on Microsoft Excel. The printed report can be reprinted by manual on the Audit Trail Management Window. The printed report can be revised on the Audit Trail Management Window. The oldest report print image file is replaced with a new file if you specify more than specified number of sheets. COMPLIANCE WITH FDA S 21 CFR PART 11 Installing Model LHS5170 Access Administrator Package (FDA : 21 CFR Part 11 compliant) in a PC running Package will add features to save compliance with FDA s 21 CFR Part 11, such that revision history management and access control will be performed for actions by system engineers to create or modify reports. The following describes only the features of 21 CFR Part 11-compliant features of Package. 5 5 OPERATING ENVIRONMENT The Package runs on HIS or general-purpose PC (IBM PC/AT-compatible machine) connected to the HIS on Ethernet. HIS Hardware: Complies with LHS1100 Standard Operation and Monitoring Function Software: LHS1100 Standard Operation and Monitoring Function LHS2411Exaopc OPC Interface Package (for HIS) Microsoft Excel 2002 / Microsoft Excel 2003 General-purpose PC Must be connected to the HIS on Ethernet, on which the Open Data Interface Package is installed. Software: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 1 or 2 Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 4 Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (*1) Microsoft Excel 2002 / Microsoft Excel 2003 *1: It operates without a Service Pack. If you use it with Service Pack 1, upgrade the system to R or later. Number of Defined Data 500 items/report When defining the same item in several parts of a report, each item must be counted as one. Note: Up to 256 samples of a trend can be defined for an item.
