This software also contains localized versions in Japanese and Simplified Chinese. This release is only available as a 64-bit application running on Windows 7 SP1. The software should only be downloaded from the apgsup support server for the purposes of internal training and temporary replacement of media for customers who have paid for this product.

The correct revision and build number is: Revision B SP1 Build ****************************************************************************** Agilent MassHunter Quantitative Analysis revision B SP1 Build is now available and becomes the supported version for unit mass GC/MS and LC/MS systems (6400 series QQQ LC/MS Systems and 7000 Series QQQ GC/MS Systems), accurate mass LC/MS Systems (6500 series TOF and Q-TOF Systems) and 7200 series GC/MS Q-TOF systems, 5977 & 5975 series Single Quad GC/MS systems and data files translated to the MassHunter format from LC/MS and GC/MS Single Quad Systems. Manufacturing Release (MR) was on May 6, Shipping Release (SR), available in logistics centers, will be mid to late-may 2013 for LC-Americas and early to mid-june 2013 for other worldwide logistics centers. It is only available as a 64 bit Windows application supported only on the Windows 7 Pro (64- bit) OS and requires Excel 2010 (32 bit) or Excel 2013 (32 bit). It is neither supported on any other operating systems nor compatible with Excel Revision B SP1 Build fixes the following defects : TT# KPR# Title When using Update Retention Times, only Greatest Response or Closest RT criteria are supported. "Close RT" and "Close RT with Qualifiers" will use the closest RT Stepping through compounds in the batch table is slow towards the end when the method has >400 compounds For samples on which Zero Peak has been done, values greater than zero display for concentrations when Analyze Batch is done

3 When data is on a share drive and replicate cal levels exist in the batch, disabling a level in method edit does not give the expected results in the cal curve window 'Update Retention Times' does not update when peaks are manually integrated In Unknowns Analysis, make the low-resolution window size factor = 200 be used every time (along with 100, 50, and 25), not just in case of duplicate peaks. The Quantitative Reporting B06.00 SP1 installer will: - Fix an error seen in the Total Rows function - Restore speed lost in recent Add-In version to address LCMS Triple Quad communications loss. - Makes it possible to install Excel 2013 after installing MassHunter Revision B SP1 Build media also contains the following updated documents: Offline Installation Guides Familiarization Guides (Japanese and Simplified Chinese only) The guides are NOT installed by either SP1 installer program and must be installed manually. B Build and one for MassHunter Quantitative Analysis Reporting rev. B Each of these service packs address separate issues in the base software and BOTH should be installed. The media contains the installers for BOTH base MassHunter Quantitative Analysis rev. B Build and its Service Pack 1, Build *************************************************************************************** The media contains the installers for BOTH MassHunter Quantitative Analysis rev. B Build and Service Pack 1. The installation for SP1 ONLY must be run from Quant_B.06.00_SP01.exe. That file is located on the DVD under Service Packs -> SP1.

4 Setup_quant.exe installs the base revision of Quantitative Analysis, rev. B Build ONLY. The internal revision string of the shipping rev. B SP1 (shown when the Help-->About menu item is selected) is Build (referred to as Build ). MassHunter Quantitative Analysis B SP1 has its own replacement media. The DVD part number is: G MassHunter Quantitative Analysis B SP1. Note that this DVD will also contain the installer for MassHunter Quantitative Analysis rev. B Build New features in B SP1 include: Excel 2013 compatible Restore speed lost in recent Add-in version to address LCMS Triple Quad communication loss. Installation is documented in the Agilent MassHunter Installation Guide - Offline (P/N G ). Basic training is available in the course: AN-CE-LCMS A: Basics of MassHunter Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis. Advanced training is available in the course AN-CE-LCMS B: "Advanced MassHunter Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis." Additional Information: G will NOT be on subscribenet as there is an issue with the supplemental files. This media, however, will remain on the agpsup server. If the supplemental files are needed, the workarounds are as follows: (1) Use the Setup_Supplemental.exe on the B DVD, or (2) Manually copy the desired Data, Manuals, Videos, and Report Templates folders from the Supplemental folder of the B SP1 DVD to the appropriate location.
