3 E Gate Pass Request This service enables Free Zone Customers to create in/out gate pass from/to Jebel Ali. 1. Login to 2. Go to Request > e Gate Pass Request System populates the e gate pass request form 3. Enter a Bill of Entry (Declaration) number Note: once a Bill of Entry (declaration) number entered, system searches for that one without considering the other fields. 4. You can also search by: Gate Pass Type (in/out) Cargo Type (General Cargo/ Container, Vehicle Cargo, or Bulk Cargo) Dates (from to) from to date range is 30 days - 3 -

Click the Search button to view the search results Note: Opposite Move is usually used when making a gate pass for goods returning to free zone after the Temporary Admission, and this is applicable to Mirsal I bills only. System displays your search results in the BOE list 6. Select targeted bill(s) and click Add Note: click details next to any bill to view its details Note: click remove next to any selected bill to remove it from the list 7. Click the Next button to proceed In this step we have different scenarios for different types of cargo: Note: Multiple Clearance can be done with all Declarations, except Export and Temporary Admission ones

5 Scenario one: (General Cargo/Container) System displays all line items under each BOE Enter gate pass quantity Enter Vehicle Details Note: to add more vehicles for the same line item click the Add Vehicle button Note: you can apply same vehicle details to different line items by selecting targeted items then clicking Apply to Selected - 5 -

6 Scenario two: (Vehicle Cargo) Click Add Vehicle Cargo to select chassis numbers for which gate pass will be issued. Note: you can search by Chassis number, Engine number, or search all (blank search) Select targeted chassis number(s)then click Ok Enter vehicle details (the vehicle which will transport those chassis) or select self driven (if chassis will be driven) Note: you can apply same vehicle details to different line items by selecting targeted items then clicking Apply to Selected - 6 -

7 Scenario three: (Bulk Cargo) System displays all line items under each BOE Enter gate pass quantity Enter Vehicle Details Note: you can apply same vehicle details to different line items by selecting targeted items then clicking Apply to Selected 8. Click Next to proceed to the next step 9. Check you gate passes details, if everything is ok then click next to proceed to the next step Note: a different gate pass will be generated for each vehicle

8 System displays the charges: Note: gate pass charge is 35 Dhs. (DPC document processing charge), plus 5 Dhs. for extra vehicles in the same BOE (Declaration) 10. Select the Mode of Payment: E Payment (please refer to below Rosoom manual) Advance Deposit (System shows avail balance) 11. Enter you payment reference number (optional field) - 8 -

9 12. Click the Confirm button System then generates your gate passes You Can Print: Payment Receipt from Print Receipt Gate Passes from Print GP - 9 -

11 Credit Card (Visa & Master) After clicking the agree button, system will redirect you to the payment page Note: system remembers your selection before landing to this page i.e. Master or Visa card. However, you can still change it

12 YOU CAN: 1. Cancel Order: (cancel the payment and revert back to DT) System will ask for your confirmation, and then displays the cancel message 2. Proceed with the payment: a. Fill out your card details and click Next

13 b. Review your card details Note: you can still, edit card details, cancel this transaction or go back to the previous step. c. Confirm the Payment: click the Pay button System will ask to redirect you back to page, click Yes Then DT page will show your transaction details as follows: Direct Debit You can do online banking with the following Banks: CBD >> Attejari CBD >> ibusiness Dubai Islamic Bank Emirates NBD >> e Wallet HSBC Std. Chartered Bank >> ibanking Std. Chartered Bank >>Straight2Bank Pre Funded Rosoom Wallet

15 Printing the Gate Pass Once payment is successful and you have been redirected to the page, the following confirmation will be shown Gate Pass Reference No. is generated. This can be used in Enquire, Amend or Cancel services to search for all egatepasses under that reference number. Transaction ID is also generated

16 Click on Print GP in order to download and print a copy of the gatepass(es) Non-Inspection cargo would need to exit Gate 7 For Inspection cargo, driver must proceed to Gate 3 for inspection In any case, Gate pass must be surrendered and stamped at the Security gate office
