1 Home Access Setup Instructions Centricity will install a plug-in the first time you access it from your personal computer. Please follow the instructions below for your operating system and if you need assistance, please call the GLBHC Help Desk at one of the provided numbers below. This is best done on a day you are out of the office and have time to contact support. 2 Using Citrix Receiver Windows 7/8/10 For all of the instructions below, the Citrix receiver must already be installed. If using a GLBHC computer, it is already installed for you, and the steps below are only needed if you are having an issue. If you are using a personal computer that has never accessed our system, it is preferred to install the Citrix receiver. If you need to install the receiver continue following the steps below. You will be prompted to install the receiver later. Windows 10 Internet Explorer works best in Windows 10. To find Internet Explorer, Type Internet Explorer in the search box. You can then right click on Internet Explorer and Pin it to your Taskbar or Start Menu. If you would rather use Microsoft Edge, further instructions are at the end of this document. 3 Open Internet Explorer bookmark), Go to: (please add site to favorites or Go to tools (looks like a gear for settings), then Internet Options.

5 4. Enter 5. Click Add button 6. Click Close 7. Click OK to close the Internet Options window Once you add Great Lakes Bay Health Centers, select Close and close out of Internet Explorer. Reopen Internet Explorer and go back to the webpage. You are now ready to log into the system.

6 After clicking on the Centricity link you should see this page. 1. Enter Username 2. Password (Same as Centricity password) 3. RSA Key fob number \ RSA software token number 4. Click Log On If you do not have the Citrix receiver installed, at this point you will be prompted to do so. You will see the screen below. If you already have it installed you will be taken to the next page. Check the box to agree to the Citrix license agreement. Then click install. You will be prompt to save or run the application. Click run. When the install box appears, click next on all steps for default options. Once it has completed you should be redirected.

7 You will then see the link to launch Centricity.

8 Microsoft Edge Instructions To use Microsoft Edge you will still need to add the web address to trusted sites in order for the Citrix Receiver to fully work. First you need to search for Internet Options. In the search box type Internet Options. Once internet options in open: 1. Click the Security Tab 2. Select Trusted Sites 3. Click Sites button

9 4. Enter 5. Click Add button 6. Click Close 7. Click OK to close the Internet Options window After the Website has been added, open Microsoft Edge and go to You will then need to log in.

10 After logging in you will should see this screen. Click Detect Receiver, which will then take you to this screen. Click yes. You will then see this screen.

11 If the Citrix Receiver has already been installed, click the already installed option. Otherwise check the box to agree to the Citrix License agreement, and download the receiver. Follow the instructions to install by clicking next to accept default options. If the Receiver has already been installed and you clicked the already installed option, it will bring to the screen where you can click on the Centricity icon to launch it. You will then be prompted to open a file. Click open. This will then launch Centricity.
