Originally written for children s choir with guitar, it appears here in an arrangement made for recording Here With Us Now. A simple, effective instrumental arrangement is piano, organ, bass, and guitar, with guitar leading essential rhythmic movement. Also, pedal note in intoned refrain is important, as it creates a nice tension that is released by end of that refrain. The refrain is scored for three-part choir (melody, lower harmony, soprano descant). Children s voices are especially effective singing melody with assembly, while choir sings harmony. The verses are for soloist(s) and choir. You may want to vary voicing to fit your own specific situation.
