Bth Custmer License Server (CLS) and Wrkspace Server (WSS) in versin 6.2 supprt the fllwing perating systems nly:» Windws Server 2008/2008 R2 64-bit» Windws Server 2012/2012 R2 64-bit If the NetBrain system yu have installed is earlier than versin 5.4G1a, yu need t upgrade it t versin 5.4G1a first and then upgrade it t versin 6.2. Make sure that yu upgrade all NetBrain cmpnents t versin 6.2 t ensure the best perfrmance and avid the ptential cmpatibility risks.» The Enterprise Server versin 6.2 cannt wrk with the earlier versins f Wrkstatin, and vice versa.» If yu have multiple Wrkspace Servers deplyed, it is recmmended t upgrade the Wrkspace Servers t versin 6.2 first and then upgrade the Custmer License Server.
