These instructions provided are only a guide and do not provide any troubleshooting assistance. Introduction This reference card outlines what to do to configure a Windows 7 to connect to Uniwireless. To do this you will need to configure the Network settings and the Proxy settings. Audience University Students Requirements Items are needed to complete this task: University username and password WLAN AutoConfig service needs to be set to Automatic or Started Follow the steps in the table below to configure the Network settings 1 Click on the My Computer icon and select Control Panel 2 When the Control Panel screen opens click on the Network and Sharing Centre icon to open the Network and Sharing Centre screen Date: 5 August 2011 Page: 1 of 6
