PMP first get into China in 1999 PMP 认证于 1999 年进入中国 Rep Office set up in Beijing by Feb, 2005 PMI 中国代表处于 2005 年 2 月在北京成立 PMI China (WOFE) build up in Dec 2008 PMI( 中国 ) 公司于 2008 年 12 月正式成立运营 PMI China Shenzhen Branch Office set up in Nov, 2009 PMI( 中国 ) 深圳分公司于 2009 年 11 月成立

17 PMI (China) local magazine First edition of PMI (China) Magazine The is E-version base and the paper version will be handout in some key events like China International Software and Information Service Fair (June) to promote PMI. Registered user of PMI China website could download the magazine for free. By attracting more non-pmp and PMP to register user and let them reading articles of the benefit of project management adoption, certification and re-certification, it will help PMI China to promote PMI certification to people interested in project management and to promote renew process to PMPs. By inviting agroup of project management experts/practitioners to join the editor group and to publish articles, it s helpful PMI (China) to build relationships with those famous PMP practitioners as well as their belonged organizations, finally to bridge PMI (China) to those key accounts of organization market. 17

18 PMI China Congress PMI( 中国 ) 年会 On Oct 28,2010, PMI China Congress will be held in Beijing. Nearly 1000 project management practitioners will join it. It s a great opportunity to know the project management status and trend in China. 18
