1 Details for obtaining Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate Sign + Encrypt Organization (Foreign National) as per Indian IT Act. Pls. find herewith details required for the issuance of Digital Signature Certificate procurement. [ for Indian residents, visit to procure DSC ] A. Documents B. Process C. Delivery A. Documents As per CCA guidelines, supporting documents required are mentioned below : List of supporting documents to be attested by the Indian Embassy or should be apostilled : 1 ID Proof of the Applicant (whose photo is to be pasted in the application form) 2 Company documents as per the list given in the form (as applicable) i. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation ii. Copy of Articles & Memorandum of Association (first two pages) iii. Copy of statement of bank account Latest i.e. within 2 months iv. Copy of Audit Report with Annual Return pertaining to last financial completed year (First & Second Page v. Organizational ID proof (ID Card) of authorized signatory (which has a sample signature of the authorized signatory) vi. Board resolution which proves that the authorizing signatory is empowered to authorize the applicant. A.1 Important Guidelines for filling up the application form : The Indian Embassy has to attest all copies of documents and provide their credentials. The Application form and the payment needs to be submitted along with the Supporting documents as listed in the application form. 1. The application form has to be duly filled up in blue Ink only, Signed in blue, Stamped in blue by the Applicant / Organization. 2. The Applicant has to cross sign the photograph. 3. The applicant s signature on the application form should match with the signature on the identity proof being submitted. 4. The mobile number should be mentioned in the application and should be unique like the address. 5. In case of Class 3, video recording of the applicant is must. ( a link will be sent to video record offline using webcam or mobile ). The recording should be min/max 20 seconds. In the video, The applicant has to confirm his name and organization name and also confirm that he has applied for the DSC through (n)code Solutions 6. The authorization letter should be bear the sign & seal of the authorized signatory who is authorized by the resolution of Board of Directors / Partners.

2 7. ID proof of the applicant & other documents should be attested by the Indian Embassy or apostilled. Details of the attesting officer like Name and contact no. should also be mentioned. 8. All the supporting documents should be attested only by Indian Embassy or Apostilled. 9. Self-Attestation would not be acceptable. B. Process: Verification of ID: The applicant would receive an on the ID mentioned in the application form with his/her Name, CID no, ID and other details in the If the details are correct, the applicant has to click on the link in the to confirm their address. 2. If the ID gets verified, a page on the (n)code website would open and the same would be mentioned on the page. Verification of Video.: The applicant would get a video link on the id mentioned in the application form. 1. For obtaining Class 3 video recording of DSC applicant is mandatory as per CCA guidelines. 2. Max 20 seconds video to be uploaded through the link sent on the The authentication credentials to download the DSC would be sent through on the Applicants id. These credentials can be used to download the certificate. Please ensure correct and working id of the applicant is mentioned. C. Delivery After the successful process and downloading, DSC will be delivered within 5-6 working days to foreign Country.
