2 B. Equipment Package: The EV3000 D IR100 comes with the following equipment list: 1. Uncooled Thermal IR sensor 320 x 240 with 100mm lens 2. Hi resolution EMCCD color day sensor with mm lenses, the main housing assembly encloses the optics package. The Day/Night camera provides high performance color images in day time and clear picture at night. Integrated with the 7500 mm lenses, this system is capable of providing a high quality image for targets at long distance. 3. Sensor Housing Heavy duty enclosure for coastal and marine use with blower, heater, and sunshield. washer for system 8 liters 4. PAN/Tilt The motor provides highly precise and accurate mechanical pan / tilt capability High performance, brushless, maintenance free step motors provide very precise, extremely effective motion control with preset and 0 360degree endless rotation 5. Camera Control Unit The Control unit is the connection point for the controller input, Video, and Commands are distributed from the interface box to the system components for control Pan, Tilt, Zooming, Focus, using Pelco D 7 bytes. 6. TCP/IP interface for Mpeg 25/30 frame/s, Pelco D compatible.

4 CCTV Camera Station with 4 License The CCTV Camera Station is a comprehensive software program for managing the viewing, recording and playback of Axis network cameras. This program includes licenses for 4 cameras, but will support a total of 50 Axis network cameras through the purchase of optional licenses. Additional licenses are available in packs of 1, 5, 10 and 20. Each camera connected to video server counts as an individual IP camera and therefore require its own license. Other computers on the network can share this base license for free. Supports Multiple Compression Modes The CCTV Camera Station window can contain a mix of different cameras that use H.264, MPEG-4 or MJPEG as their compression formats. H.264 can be viewed as a compression method striking a compromise between the other two, having better quality than MPEG-4 but consuming less storage and bandwidth than MJPEG. Remote Internet Viewing & PTZ Control Once this base software is installed on a single PC, cameras can be accessed using any computer on the network in an Internet or Intranet environment. In addition to viewing images, users can also control the PTZ functions of a dome camera using a mouse, or for more accurate operation, a compatible joystick controller. PTZ control is possible both in live view and playback modes. Comprehensive Recording Search and Export As with a standalone DVR, users can program recording based on a date and time or when motion is detected. Motion detection based recording makes it easy to locate event material and also cuts down on storage and bandwidth requirements. With the click of a mouse, users can also manually select any camera from the live view window to initiate recording or to export footage to a removable media.

7 Terms and Conditions: Validity This proposal is valid for acceptance for 30 (Thirty) days following the date of issue Warranty and Technical Support The System is warranted against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of Shipping, provided the recommended operation procedures have been followed. 8 Assumptions 1. Price Ex work CT, USA. 2. Modifications and additions to the project will be addressed through a Change Order document. 3. The Client will provide the changes and modifications in writing to the United Vision Solutions contact via a Change Order document. United Vision Solutions will in turn provide the Client with any resulting changes in the project cost and timeframes. 4. Customer will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required are not included. 5. All purchase orders must be approved in writing by United Vision Solutions. 6. Products and Services will be invoiced to the Customer. 7. In any event, United Vision Solutions liability arising for any reason in connection with any resulting contract shall be limited to the original invoice value of the goods. 8. Under no circumstances will contract be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever to any assets or entities other than the goods appearing on the original invoice, as limited by applicable warranty.
