4 General Information Introduction EdiLex Spot Light Module (SLM) use EdiPower II 9W~35W high brightness LEDs. With specially designed holder and reflector, each EdiLex Spot Light Module (SLM) can be assembled into heat sink and lighting fixture, suitable in applications like down lights, truck lights, spot lights, etc. Product Nomenclature The following table describes the available colors and angles. 6 Application Note 1. Proper current derating must be observed to maintain junction temperature below the maximum at all time. 2. LEDs are not designed to be driven in reverse bias. 3. This product is not design for outdoor using. 4. This product is not design for contacting with chemicals, such as: pesticide and cleaner. 5. Be sure that polarity of wire when making a connection between wires. 6. Make sure the red wire is linked to the positive terminal of the driver, and vice versa. 7. Make sure the cables are completely fixed, when connected by the recommend connector or others. 8. The connector do not be reused. 7 Recommended Assembly Methods Step1: Place the EdiLex-Ring on the corresponding position of EdiLex Spot Light Module. Step2: Fix the EdiLex-Ring by M3 screw. Step3: Place the reflector on the EdiLex Spot Light Module, there are the corresponding alignment positions on each elements, shown as below. Step4: Rotate the reflector on counter-clockwise, in order to fix the reflector on the EdiLex Spot Light Module. Accessory assembly 7
