3 Overview. In 2017, we have bought LeicaPegasus:Twoand completed 3000 kilometers of Highways and Smart City Projects. Initially we struggle and spend lot of time for Data Processing, extracting data from point cloud and CAD Conversion. Slowly, we structured ourselves to acquire data, pre processing, post processing, vectorization, ground classification and covert to CAD/GIS Platform and now we have experts with sound knowledge in the LiDARData Processing So, we decide to offer data processing services to abroad companies, outsourcing to us for the above cited services
4 Our Infrastructure We own a Mobile LiDAR, LeicaPegasus:Twoand neccessary Processing software for the same We own number of DJI Drones and Pix4D Mapper for Image Processing Images We are using Terrasolid & Microstationfor Vectorization and Classification of Point Cloud We are using AutoCAD and in-house supporting software for generation cad maps
5 Infrastructure. There are 30 high end computers (Servers & Work stations) for the Point Cloud Processing Lab. Maximum staff capacity of 90 persons on 3 shifts Staff are post graduates in Geo-informatics or M.sc., Applied Geology or Civil Engineers The team can work on MicroStation, TerraSolid, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Pix4d Mapper, Global Mapper, Civil 3D and FME
6 Mobile LiDAR - Ready for Mission
7 Project Experience We have done 2500 kilometers Mobile LiDAR survey in 100 days Time Outline of the Field data captured : Data captured for about 2,500 Km of NH, SH & City Roads in 100 Days time, including travel time for 20 different locations in the state of Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Orissa, Haryana, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala The average speed of data capture was about 45 Km per day, along with the static & dynamic initialization before start and at the end of mission. GPS base station observations were made using 3 numbers of survey grade DGPS receivers located about 5 Km apart. Theaveragespeedofthevehiclewasmaintainedat30Km/ph.

13 Waypoint - Inertial Explorer Data Processing Trajectory Adjustment It calculates and adjusts the Project Trajectory and Export the results as txt file for further data processing Inertial Explorer generates the Trajectory from The DGPS Base & Rover, Second Antenna, IMU and DMI (Wheel Sensor) Trajectory Adjustment is the backbone, tells accuracy of the project.

15 Data Processing Pegasus Manual Processing Pegasus: Manual Processing Software This software compare between Point Clouds and Existing Ground Control Points. This helps to do Fine Adjustments for Project Trajectory Each and every control point verified with point cloud data. Results validate, verify and adjust in this stage.
16 Data Extraction Pegasus: Map Factory / TerraSolid/ Recap Data Extraction There are few software for data extraction from the point cloud. We use Pegasus: MapFactory to digitize the Road, Poles, Trees and other Topographic feature.
17 Data Extraction Digitizing the Topographic Features Digitizing The Scan Data is exported to different formats. LAS File is common format to digitize/extract data. (ArcMAP, TerraSolid and LASTools) RCP/RCS files can be viewed in the AutoCAD 2016/17/18 AutoCAD 2016 Microstation/Terrasolid Vertical View
18 Classification Data Extraction Ground Levels Generally our Mobile LiDAR takes cross section at every 3 to 8 cm interval and levels at 5mm interval. So, There are million of data at every 10 meters interval (approx) So, we need to extract the ground points accurately. We have the facility to Classify the ground points, verify and extract cross sections as accurate as Auto Level. LiDAR omits the data collection where visibility not available. Particularly under the bridges, drain Bottom, obstacle area and etc. All of these location, we engage a total station to survey the data. This will be merged and delivered as a single data set along with LiDAR Data.
19 Deliverable Video File & Scan Data There is a freeware, ArcGIS Explorer Desktop and a plug in Pegasus:Viewer To explore the Entire project with Photograph& scan data. Entire Photogrammetric data at 2.5 meter interval 360 degree geo-referenced photographs /KMLDatatoviewinGoogleEarth 360 degree Spherical Images Scan Data with respect to the selected photograph/track/project Other Formats Generally Data will be processed as Hexagon Point Cloud Format. This can be exported as LAS, RCPandRCS Digitizing Digitized Data shall be provided as AutoCAD Drawings & CSV Files
