Not only are you going to get great service at a great price, but your plan includes a generous referral program to drive customers to T-Mobile through Solavei s marketing plan. Starting from the time you ordered your service, you will have 60 days to refer up to 12 individuals to earn up to $650 in bonuses and a monthly commission of $130! 4 My Account at Solavei.com By this point, you should have already: 1) Ordered Your $49 Unlimited Phone Service. 2) Created Your Account at Solavei.com. 3) Registered For your Solavei Visa Debt card. Solavei will use your Visa Debt card to pay your commissions earned from your referrals. So unless you plan on referring and not getting paid, make sure you finish registering for this card! Now that you are registered and have ordered your Visa Debt Card, you have your own ordering page on Solavei s website. It can be found at: Please, visit Solavei s website often. It contains a vast resource of information and it s where you can view your referrals and your commissions earned. IMPORTANT! Make sure you add a PICTURE in your profile so that your referrals can clearly identify you when they visit your ordering page. 2

5 My Promo Code on OrderTMobile.com To make ordering easier, we have created our own website, OrderTMobile.com. When your referrals visit our site and enter your Promo Code they will be taken directly to your ordering page at Solavei.com. To create your own Promo Code like the one you used to order your service, please visit and go to the REP LOGIN and click on Create an account. A form will be displayed where you will enter your account information. Please, pay attention to three important entries. 1. Username / Promo Code: Your OrderTMobile.com Username is also your PROMO CODE that you will give to your referrals to order service. 2. Solavei Username: This is the username that you created when you registered at Solavei.com. This entry is used to find your ordering page. 3. Sponsor s Promo Code: This is the Promo Code you used to order service. This will tell us who is your Rep. IMPORTANT: Your account must be approved by before your Promo Code becomes active. Many cell phones can be used on T-Mobile s network: * Any T-Mobile Phone * Compatible AT&T Phones, including iphone 3 & 4 * Compatible Verizon Dual CDMA/GSM Phones Two wireless phone systems exist in the USA, GSM & CDMA. 11 Where Can You Purchase A Phone? Prepaid or non-contract phones can be purchased at a wide variety of stores and online websites. A few are listed below: * Solavei * T-Mobile * Best Buy * Walmart * Fry s * Amazon * Ebay * Google There is no difference between a prepaid / non-contract phone and a contract phone except that the contract phone is purchased under a two year payment agreement. Since Solavei has no contracts, phones must be purchased in advance. This actually saves you money because a free phone may cost up to 4-times the retail price by overpaying for it on a 2 year contract. Why you should avoid purchasing a free phone under a 2 year contract and not have your cell phone company finance your phone? * Let's say you want to get a "FREE" phone by signing a two year contract with your current phone provider. * If you sign a contract say for example at Verizon for $130/mo, you'll OVERPAY $80/mo for 2 years! * Multiply $80 x 24 months & your "FREE" phone actually costs you $1,920! * If you like paying $1,920 for a phone, then "FREE" is the way to go! * Plus, you ll be stuck with the same old phone for 2 yrs! 9

12 How to Order Solavei s Service To order the $49 Unlimited Everything Plan, your referrals will complete a simple, 3 Step Process. Details can be found online at Step 1: Order Service & Create Solavei Account: To order, your referrals enter your Promo Code on: Entering your Promo Code will take your referrals to your ordering page at Solavei.com/username. During the Order Process, they will be asked if they want to purchase a new phone or if they will use their own phone. If they are going to use their own phone, they will need to get a new SIM card. SIM cards can ordered directly from Solavei for $9 or pre-purchased for $2 in packages of 10 by logging into your Solavei account. If your referrals want to use the pre-purchased SIM card, they will enter IHAVESIM into the IMEI fields and a new screen will appear where you enter the SIM card number. 10

13 Order Process (Continued) Your referrals will also be asked to enter their current number if they want to port it to Solavei. This is for verification purposes only! The actual porting of a referral s number DOES NOT BEGIN until the activation process! Step 2: Login to the Referral s New Solavei Account, Confirm You re their Sponsor, and Order Solavei s Visa Debit Card. All referral commissions are paid to Solavei s Visa Debit card. To order the card, your referral will need to just enter their birth date & social security number. Step 3: Create A Promo Code for Your Referral. If your referrals would also like to rep the $49 Unlimited Everything Plan, they will need to create their own Promo Code on our website at This is done by simply creating a new account on our website. 14 How to Activate Solavei s Service You have up to 30 days after ordering to activate your SIM card. You re billing will begin on the date of activation. Please note that your 60 day Fast Action Bonus period begins on the day you ordered service and NOT your activation date! Also if you are porting your number, insert your new SIM card in your current phone ONLY AFTER the activation process has completed or you will not have phone service! To activate your SIM card, go to Solavei s website at: Activate.Solavei.com You will need the following information: * Your Solavei Member ID & Order ID Numbers Both numbers can be found by logging in to your Solavei account. If a pre-purchased SIM number was entered when ordering, you will use Dxxxxxx for the Order ID where xxxxxx is the last 6-digits of the Member ID. * Your Current Provider s Account & Password (If you are porting you current number.) 15 How to Configure Your Phone There a several necessary steps needed to enable your phone for use on the $49 Unlimited Plan. 1. Install New SIM Card: If you did not buy a phone from Solavei, install the new SIM card you received when you ordered service. Please consult your Users Manual on how to properly install your SIM. 2. Unlock Phone (If Required): If the phone is NOT a T-Mobile phone it must be first unlocked. If a phone is out of contract, it can be unlocked by calling the cell phone company and requesting an unlock code. You can also purchase unlock codes online at When you install the Solavei SIM, an unlock screen will appear where you enter your unlock code. Please note that non T-Mobile phones may only connect on 2G, E, or 3G. If you want full 4G internet & data speeds, you SHOULD use a T-Mobile Phone! 3. Configure Phone for Data & Picture Texting: To receive internet & picture texting correctly, your phone must be properly configured. Contact your leadership team or call Solavei to assist you. On your phone Mobile Network s APN settings, enter the following information: Name & APN: solavei MCC: 310 MNC: 260 MMSC: APN type: default,supl,admin,mms,hipri 13

16 Solavei s Referral & Compensation Plan Solavei pays you four ways when you refer customers to the $49 Unlimited Everything Plan. 1. Fast Action Bonus: Up to $650 paid for every 3 referrals up to 12 within 60 days. First 3: $50, Second 3: $100, Third 3: $200, Fourth 3: $ Personal Network Trio Pay: $20 paid monthly for every 3 referrals (Trios) that you or your immediate referrals make. 3. Total Connections (Path Pay): Monthly payments paid for the total number of trios in your entire network. Up to $20,000 per month per phone. 4. Bonuses (One-Time Path Bonuses): Bonuses from $500 to $20,000 paid as you reach a certain number of Trios. How Bonuses & Commissions Are Paid: Bonuses and commissions are paid to your Solavei Visa Debit card. Now that you have ordered your service, you have 60 days to refer 12 customers to the plan. For this, you will receive $650 in bonuses and $130 per month in commissions. 3. Twelve (12) Trios in Your Entire Network! When you reach 12 Trios or 36 customers in your referral network, you will be paid an additional $500 bonus and $440 per month! 4. Twenty (20) Trios in Your Entire Network! When you reach 20 trios or 60 customers in your entire referral network, you will begin earning around $1400 per month and have earned $1150 in bonuses!
