5 FAQs Q. What is the lead time for the monitor arms? A. Standard lead-time applies. Q. Are these items available on GSA contract? A. These monitor arms are not on GSA contract. Q. Can the single monitor arm be converted to a dual monitor arm? A. The single monitor arm is only available as a single arm mount. Q. Can a customer use the dual monitor arm with crossbar for a single monitor? A. Yes, but the bar would be exposed. Q. Do these models accept Apple monitors? A. Apple requires a different VESA bracket that is only available through Apple and must be purchased separately. Q. What if these monitor arms don t meet the customer s requirements? A. Contact By Design, there may be other options available that we could quote. Q. Since Humanscale is the manufacturer of the monitor arms, can we reference the Humanscale brand in any of our sales/marketing materials? A.
