ACELLENT SOFTWARE CATALOG
Software Acellent's software works in tandem with our sensors and hardware to detect and characterize structural anomalies in metals and composites due to the presence of cracks, corrosion, debonds, and delaminations. With the push of a button, our software instructs the hardware to interrogate the structure by collecting data. The software analyzes the data and presents the results in a clear, easy-to-understand display. SHM Composite SHM Composite is our state-of-the-art structural health monitoring software for in-field applications for detection and quantification of damage in large composite structures. SHM Composite includes all the features needed to perform in-field detection of damage under real-world environmental conditions. SHM Patch SHM Patch is Acellent next-generation software for monitoring critical and often hard to inspect hot-spot areas and components, for fatigue cracks in aircraft, helicopters, pipelines and civil structures. AIM Acellent's Impact Monitoring (AIM) software monitors structures for impact events. AIM provides in real-time the location, time and force of impact events. The information is displayed visually as well as can be voiced by the computer to alert the operator that an impact event has occurred. ACESS & In-Sight ACESS (ACEllent Software Suite) is our lab based software that detects damages in composite and metal structures. ACESS provides a diagnostic image of changes to the structure that are indicative of damage. In-Sight is our lab based software that detects localized damage in smaller structures. It s similar to ACESS but is customized for use with our ScanSentry hardware.
SHM Composite SHM Composite is our state-of-the-art structural health monitoring software for in-field applications for detection and quantification of damage in large composite structures. SHM Composite includes all the features needed to perform in-field detection of damage under real-world environmental conditions. SHM Composite Self-Diagnostics Path Definitions Automated Data Collection Data Visualization - Advanced Signal Investigation Automated Data Analysis Capability Environmental Compensation Statistical Outlier to Detect Damage - SHM Level I Diagnostic Imaging for Level II & III Location and Size Level II Verification Data Output Format Data Recall Built-in sensor self-diagnostic function to ensure all sensors are working properly and there are no open or short circuits on any of the channels. Automatically defines optimal gain settings for every actuator-sensor path and frequency. Automatically collects data at user-defined intervals, and saves data with time stamp for later analysis. o Time History Plot o Waveform Scatter Plot o Waveform Zooming +/- o Wave Speed Calculation o Fast Fourier Transform Automatically collects and analyzes data in real-time, calculating damage size based on calibration curves generated in the software. State-of-the-Art algorithms to automatically find the best matched baseline data with signal manipulation (if required) to minimize environmental effects (e.g. temperature, loading, boundary condition etc.) Damage detection is based on the First Arrival and Reflection Time Window method. The Damage Index (DI) values will be calculated based on both windows of the signal. The statistical outlier method is used to determine the affected signal paths. Automated State-of-the-Art damage detection visualization: Location of damage position inside the given sensor network is based on a triangulation reasoning algorithm to determine damage location and size. Reflection-based algorithm is used for SHM Level II Verification Standardized MATLAB data format allows for external data analysis. Data is retrievable for future analysis.
SHM Patch SHM Patch is Acellent next-generation software for monitoring critical and often hard to inspect hot-spot areas and components, for fatigue cracks in aircraft, helicopters, pipelines and civil structures. Hot-spots are specific geometric locations in a structure that are more prone to damage under operation and variable loading conditions. SHM Patch Self-Diagnostics Path Definitions Automated Data Collection Data Visualization - Advanced Signal Investigation Automated Data Analysis Capability Environmental Compensation Statistical Distribution based Outlier Detection- Level I Event Detection Direct Path Image Level II Damage Localization Diagnostic Imaging - Level II Damage Localization Level III Damage Quantification Data Output Format Data Recall Built-in sensor self-diagnostic function to ensure all sensors are working properly and there are no open or short circuits on any of the channels. State-of-the-Art algorithms to automatically find the best matched baseline data with signal manipulation (if required) to minimize environmental effects (e.g. temperature, loading, boundary condition etc.) Damage detection based on the Damage Index (DI) values of the current data via statistical distribution Direct Path Image displays the state change of the structure within the given sensor network. Automated State-of-the-Art damage detection visualization: Location of damage positions with finer spatial resolution inside/outside of the given sensor network based on the signal reflection from damage o Automated generation of the calibration curves from damage simulator. o Quantification of damage size based on the calibration curves. Standardized MATLAB data format allows for external data analysis. Data is retrievable for future analysis.
AIM Acellent's Impact Monitoring (AIM) software monitors structures for impact events. AIM provides in real-time the location, time and force of impact events. The information is displayed visually as well as can be voiced by the computer to alert the operator that an impact event has occurred. AIM Output Sensor Configuration Structural Definition Calibration Impact Reporting Threshold Compatibility Remote Control Real-Time Run Mode Data Display Capability Visual Feedback - Color coding of Impact Event Markers Audible Feedback - Voice Audible Feedback - Alarm Intuitive Impact Curve Impact Event Database Level-I Event Detection Level-II Event Localization Level-III Impact Force Estimation Real-Time reporting of: o Impact Location o Impact Force o Time of Impact Easily configurable sensor location & channel set-up. User-definable structural definitions allow for visual display of sensor layouts. Structural definitions can be easily modified and saved as an alternative workspace, allowing multiple impact monitoring configurations with the same structure and sensor installation. Sensor calibration through user defined compensation factors. User-definable trigger value for the impact magnitude to be detected (or ignored when below threshold). Ability to control remotely over long-distances via internet & wireless data transmission. Continuous Real-Time Run Mode allows for the reporting of multiple impact events over time. Real-Time Impact History Table is continuously populated with each new impact event displaying the Impact Location, Impact Force and Time of Impact. Display of the previous impact events are scrolled and updated automatically in chronological order. Impact Severity is color coded for display on the sensor layout image, based on the force level determined for each impact event. Impact Location Coordinates and Impact Force can be verbally announced after each impact. Three discrete alarm sounds announce Impact Severity based on the force of the impact. Individual waveform plots of the signal captured above threshold at each sensor location are available for individual or collective viewing. Database of Impact Force-Time History is kept for future reference. Detection of events (Run-way Debris, Bird impact, and tool drops, etc.) based on a set threshold Automated State-of-the-Art impact event localization Higher accuracy in localizing impact event State of art technique estimates force of passive impact on the structure
