BigMedia will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where BigMedia inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after installation. BigMedia is not responsible for labor charges, removal charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of BigMedia exceed the purchase price of the product. BigMedia warranty does NOT cover any conditions caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product. Exposure to the elements or discoloration or fading over time. Shipping charges, cost of removal and reinstallation. Samples Color samples of stock finishes are available at no charge. Terms Net 30 Days - 1 1/2 % interest is charged on all overdue accounts. All applicable taxes are extra. Delivery Products are shipped from our Simcoe warehouse and required a two/three week lead time depending on project size. Freight and handling charges are extra.
