The camera is required for the Diagnostic test of low, medium and high voltage electrical systems to evaluate the level of warming to identify defective components or connections The IR camera should be operated with battery or with AC supply 1.3. The supply of IR camera will be inclusive of accessories like battery pack charger, two battery pack, tripod, telephoto lens for Thermography of EHV lines connectors from ground level, analysis software, rugged, hard carrying case, soft transport bag, adjustable hand strap, user s manual & training manual in electronics form (CD/DVD) The IR camera should be able to measure temperate of sub-stations equipment as well as line connection up to 400KV class with claimed accuracy The IR camera should have facility for attachment of telephoto infrared lenses or wide-angle infrared lens as per necessity The IR camera should have facility for Visual & IR blending with automatic aligning with parallax correction, or other facility that will help operator for decision. The IR camera should allows user to adjust palette, blending, level, span, emissivity and reflected background temperature compensation and transmission correction on a captured image before it is stored The IR camera should have at least 2 GB memory storage facility The IR camera should be supplied with analysis software The analysis software should able export the file into JPEG, JPG, GIF, BMP, TIF and TIFF The IR camera should have facility to review/ navigation memory in THUMBNAIL view The supplied should have all responsibility to take care of all formalities of license etc if any with government as per laws The IR Camera should have 2 meter drop test certification with standard lens The protection enclose should have IP54 rating The successful bidder should arrange training by certified level-1 Thermo-Grapher. 2. Dimension The test set dimension should be such that it can be easily transported to any site via four wheeler jeep like vehicles. The kit also should also be transported easily in internal yard Shocks & Vibrations The kit shall be used for testing of IR Camera at various locations in GETCO substations. The kit will therefore be required extensive transportation by road, making it prone to shocks & vibration and its performance should not be affected in any way. This is very important feature and hence relevant type test satisfying relevant IEC should be got conducted in accredited national lab and test certificate should be attached for the same.
