4 1. Abstract The mission of the ABE Token is to build a decentralized app store with a new system for application distribution. The decentralized app store provides a new app-developer-distribution relationship for users. In the decentralized app store of the new ABE system, each user will have full control of their application without a third party taking revenue. We have created a new innovative app store mechanism that has never been done before using block chain technology. The self-efficient system will inspire uses to join the community. We firmly believe that in the field of application development and distribution, we will be superior to the traditional App Stores. The ABE token limit will be 10 billion. The ABE Tokens will be gradually dispersed in stages within the decentralized app store community as we continue to grow. The ABE Token plans to give 1.5 billion to motivate the App Store's upfront developers to submit a high-quality app with the approval of the ABE community for free ABE Tokens. An ABE Token user can access and value growth benefits within our platform. The ABE Token also has a total of 1.5 billion to encourage peer-to-peer sharing network clients. The issuance of the ABE Tokens is divided into two stages: the first stage is to raise 10%, which is used for the development and promotion of the project. 4

5 The second phase is to raise 15% based on the long-term development of the ecosystem, and is tied to the number of apps uploaded by the developer. The amount of ABE Tokens rewarded to the developer will match with the amount of Token sales. 2. Project Background 2.1 Historical Background Since 2017, the (ETH) Ethereum smart contract technology has gradually improved. The block chain system has changed the world in many ways. The decentralized block chain technology has become integrated in today s society and is continuing to grow. The idea of decentralization is the future. In the course of 30 years of Internet development, the traditional Internet has evolved with multiple social networks, media, and apps. In order to use these services provided by the world's biggest Internet companies, the user has no choice and will have to sign serious terms of agreement, which doesn t allow the user to reap the full benefits of their creation. This is particularly evident in the development and operation of mobile Internet apps. Nowadays small and medium app developers often encounter such situations: high priced research and development, a strict review process, and long waiting periods for approval. They also must worry about the violation of the rules established by the major companies which could terminate their application. Based on Huawei's global technology service platform and a strong developer community, users can search the application market, download, manage, and share the most popular mobile applications out. As the largest mobile phone manufacturer in China, Huawei not only uses a very large user base in China, but also has a very large user base in the world. No.5: Xiaomi App Store (download rate 11.6%, active user rate 11.44%) Xiaomi App Store is an Android app software from Xiaomi Technology's MIUI Android System ROM. It is recommended to Xiaomi phone users. As one of the major mobile phone manufacturers in China, Xiaomi has a huge amount of users. Xiaomi is one of the cool mainstream application stores in the Android market. Summary: Older companies take up most of the market for Android apps with branding and technology because most of these domestic phones will already have some of these current platforms installed into their phones. As a result, the user base and the market share of application stores has sky rocketed. 8 2.3 Overseas App Store Industry Market In 2017, global application profits rose 35% to nearly 60 billion dollars from the previous year. This includes revenue from the two mobile app distribution platforms, paid applications at Google Play, Apple App store, subscription services, and in application purchases. Apple's App store generates more profits than most of its competitors. It s almost twice times as much as Google Play. Sensor Tower's data reports that Apple App Store had generated $38.5 billion in profits last year, while Google's Android App store Google Play generated $20.1 billion. In terms of growth, the Apples App Store grew 34.2% from a year earlier, 34.7% for Google Play. Lastly, the report also mentions that in 2017, the Apple App Store and Google Play both generated $48.3 billion in mobile-game profits. That s 30% more from the previous year. The gaming profits are accounted for nearly 82% of all applied profits. In terms of game downloads, the Google play platform is getting more popular. Last year it generated a total of $27.2 billion in game downloads which accounts for the total game download volume of 77%. 2.4 Industry Evaluation Defaults Small and medium developers cannot directly contact the user because of this major internet monopoly. The creative innovations of small and medium-sized developers can be taken while partnering with the big companies. Start-up companies provide App services based on the platform provided by the bigger companies, and they can only reach a certain level. 8

9 Users can only accept the traditional "home-bucket" service provided by the major companies. This results in the halt of good potential applications being developed. Industry innovation is becoming weaker because of centralization. Application developers have received less than 30% of the income because these application stores take all of their revenue. 2.5 Our Mission and Vision The mission of the ABE Token is to build a decentralized app store with a new system of app distribution. In this system, there will be no application stores like Tencent, Ying Yong Bao, Apple App Store, and Google Play application. There are 6 key Components in our system. There will be application developers, application Promoters, ABE Distributed Node Terminal for (Seeders), App Display Platform, The App Audit Committee and The ABE Development Community. The team is responsible for building and continuing to develop base code and facilities to set up rules for the purpose of fairness and transparency. 11 3.1 ABE Functionality 3.2 The ABE App Developer Application developers can use the ABE decentralized app store to distribute the app they develop while earning 100% of the revenue. During the ABE network creation, all uploaded apps will go through an approval period. Those who are approved will be awarded ABE tokens. The ABE network has set aside 1.5 billion tokens to encourage developers to upload apps during the ABE platform construction period. 3.3 The ABE App Promoter The application promoters are responsible for the paid promotion of uploaded apps without any third party interference. 12 3.4 Mining Client (Seeders) ABE has built a P2P storage and distribution network. This will strike interest to developers. All users running ABE's mining client will be a seeder. In addition, all the seeders can get ABE token rewards for their contributions base their downloads. The ABE network has a total of 1.5 billion reserves to support the mining output. 12

13 3.5 The ABE Audit Committee The App Audit Committee is organized by the ABE Foundation which will organize members of the ABE community to vote regularly to select members, who can be professional individuals or security agents. The members are responsible for a manual review of their uploads and applications. The review 13

14 criteria must include Apps that are virus-free, have no back doors, and are not harmful to users. We expect all content to benefit humanity. We will ensure that the app is safe for all users. The salary of the audit committee members is paid by the money raised by the ABE Foundation from the first ICO. 3.6 App Users App users can search for their favorite apps just like in the ordinary app stores. Payments for the apps can be paid using traditional payment methods, or they can be paid using ABE Tokens which is an express cross-border payment channel. Compared to traditional legal currency payments, ABE Tokens require no country and region restrictions. There will be no problem using different national currency exchange rate calculations. Since the market is always fluctuating, it does not determine the actual value of the ABE token. Regulatory Risk Block chain technology is still in the early stages. There are no regulations and documents related to the per-requisitions, transaction requirements, information disclosure requirements, and lock-in requirements in the fund-raising process.
