Our network partner Vodafone focuses on providing a strong signal indoors and outside unlike some operators who concentrate on spreading their signal over the widest area. Voice and Data access is supported when roaming overseas in a wide range of countries around the world. We have roaming agreements with over 550 networks over 200 countries. Euro and World Traveller Add-on enables you to access your UK tariff benefits whilst in Europe. 3

With simplicity in mind, we have highlighted in orange all of the recent changes including those previously announced in June. Bundles and Bolt-ons reviewed We have now removed all Ireland and EU specific bundles from our Orbex Unlimited price list. In addition, a number of other standard bolt-ons were retired or removed in the last version but this was not highlighted within the Important Notices page. Please re-familiarise yourself with the current available options. NEW: Fair Usage Policy Introduced In line with recent changes around Roam Like At Home legislation, we are introducing a new FUP to ensure customer allowances are being used for purpose. 5 Orbex Unlimited Explained Cease and Migration Fees A single cease fee of 35 exc. VAT will be applied per subscription whether you require a PAC or disconnection. As an incentive to loyal customers, in the event numbers are active for over 24 months, the cease fee will be waived. New Business Only This tariff is specifically aimed at new business only and therefore migrations and standard re-signs on to these tariffs are exempt. In the event you would like to move your existing connections on to the new tariffs detailed within this guide, there will be a Tariff Migration Fee of 35 exc. VAT per number. In line with our cease fee incentive to encourage loyalty, connections active for over 24 months will be exempt from this charge. Tariff s Tariff codes are now included within this guide to ensure selecting the right product in Daisy Wholesale Portal is easy. In case you are submitting a provisioning request to the Mobile Support Team, these must be included on internal documentation to ensure orders are processed correctly. NEW: Fair Usage Policy Introduced In line with recent changes around Roam Like At Home legislation, we are introducing a new FUP (Fair Usage Policy) to ensure end user allowances are being used for purpose whilst roaming. Policy Terms... Inclusive roaming services on Orbex s mobile tariffs have been built for business users who travel periodically, and not those who roam across foreign networks on a semi-permanent or permanent basis. If a customer uses their mobile in destinations outside the UK that qualify for inclusive access to standard bundles (this includes those countries that qualify for daily roaming services such as World Travel Select and/or legislation such as Roam Like At Home), for more than 50% of the time in any four-month rolling period, they can expect to receive a communication requesting a moderation of roaming services. If a customer s usage continues to exceed 50% as described above over the two-week period following the first notification, Orbex reserves the right to either charge customers for this excessive usage or bar roaming services. Customers will be notified before any action is taken. 5

13 Roam Like At Home Please note: The following pages for Roam Like At Home and Pricing Adjustments detail the original messaging with minor corrections. Roam Like At Home We have already sent a number e-communications advising on changes driven by new European legislation. There will be a number of modifications implemented on 15 th June 2017 to existing products to ensure no surcharges or increased rates for users subscribed to standard tariffs when roaming in the EU. Unlike some of our competitors, Orbex Mobile will be offering all Vodafone numbers, and numbers on O2 subscribing to Orbex Unlimited tariffs, access to bundles whilst in European Zone 2 despite these destinations being unregulated. Here is a detailed breakdown of how we intend to implement the changes and fall in line with the new legislation: Additional EU destinations will be added to all current UK only bundles The 45 destinations listed below will be added to all current Vodafone UK only bundles. This will also exclusively be replicated for Orbex O2 users on the Orbex Unlimited. tariff as well as some bespoke O2 ABS tariffs. (Please see your Mobile specialists if you are uncertain around your O2 bespoke tariffs). Europe Zone 1 Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French territories, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (inc. We will no longer be able to apply a surcharge for usage within Europe, and as such, this service will be retired as of 15 th June

14 Roam Like At Home World Travel Select adjustments Orbex's s World Travel Select (WTS) will be updated from 15 th June 2017 alongside the retirement of Euro Travel to ensure it no longer charges a daily rate for users roaming in EU Zone 1 or 2. However, for 5.00 exc. VAT per day, users will still be able to access their UK/EU allowances whilst in the following destinations: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Barbados, Bermuda, Bonaire, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curacao, Democratic Republic of Congo, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ghana, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jamaica, Kenya, Lesotho, Mexico, Mozambique, New Zealand, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Russia, Saba, Serbia, Singapore, St. Eustatius, St. Maarten, South Africa, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Suriname, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, USA and US Virgin Islands Please Note: New destinations to be applied to WTS for 1 st June 2017 are highlighted. Roaming EU minute and data value added bolt-ons will be retired Although the roaming minute options do include calls made whilst roaming to out of zone destinations, they still incorporate a surcharge for standard usage within zone and back to the UK, and as such, must be retired. At this stage, we are looking at alternative options but no replacements have yet been agreed. 15 Pricing Adjustments Pricing adjustments We have recently reviewed our pricing and, in line with changing market conditions and supply costs within the industry, a number of changes will occur from 1 st July Line rental increases These changes will affect your standard monthly line rental costs on all tariffs across Vodafone and O2, excluding Orbex Unlimited tariffs. 7% monthly line rental increase - Example: if you currently use a legacy tariff, such as O2 On & On 2GB or Vodafone RED 2GB, for 20 exc. VAT your new monthly cost will be exc. VAT Please Note: If you use an uplifted bespoke or legacy tariff not currently live within our tariff portfolio, you may no longer be able to have extra connections to the tariffs you are using, as a number of old tariffs will be retired alongside these changes. However, our current Orbex Unlimited offering consists of some of our best value, and easy to tailor, tariffs and finding something similar should be simple. 15

18 Points of Note What is pro rata billing? Your mobile subscriptions are paid for in advance and are based on a set monthly bill date (usually 1 st of every month). As such on a connection s first invoice, or first invoice after a change in tariff, there will often be some pro rata billing. Example - First invoice since connection This is when the additional line rental cost that hadn t been charged in advance is added to the first full month s line rental cost. So for example, if your monthly line rental is 10.00pcm and your subscription is connected on the 15 th of the month, you will receive a bill on the 1 st of the following month covering all of that month plus catching up on the unpaid 15 days prior to the first invoice. Making that bill total Example - First invoice after tariff/bolt-on amend This is when the system has to balance the total cost of line rental after a mid-month change in monthly invoice. So for example, if the monthly line rental is 10.00pcm and you change a tariff to 15.00pcm one on the 15 th of a month. The system initially recognises that it overcharged you earlier in that month for the tariff, as you were billed up to and including the last day of that month, so it will credit 5.00 back. It will then invoice the new cost for the remainder of that month ( 7.50) plus the following month in advance as standard. The bill on the 1 st of the following month, after the amend, will show in the summary a line rental cost of with a credit for the 5.00 owed, meaning that month s total line rental cost was What is pro rata bundle allowance? Like pro rata billing, pro rata bundle allowance also occurs in the first month after initial connection and/or during the month of any amendment. Example International minute bolt-on applied When we quote a price for any bolt-on, that package is based on the bolt-on being applied during the whole billing period of any given month. However, if you apply a bolt-on part way through a month you will only receive part of the allowance (as you will only be billed part of the cost see Example First Invoice after tariff/bolt-on amend for full cost explanation). If you apply a 100 minute international bolt-on against a subscription on the 15 th of the month and your bill date falls on the 1 st you will only ever receive half of the international allowance (approx. 50 minutes) for the remainder of that month. 30-day minimum rule for bolt-ons To avoid confusion and potential bill shock, Orbex implement a 30-day minimum application policy for boltons, this ensures any pro rata bundle allowance is maximised for the month it is applied by remaining against that for at least one bill run. Why must I put tariff/bolt-on amend requests in writing? We like to ensure all of our processes remain simple, yet safe and in line with industry best practice. The main purpose of this is to avoid unnecessary billing errors, credits or disputes. We ask that all of our users request any cost changing amendments in writing, which also helps provide security for the user. What is a buyout and why must I pay this? All active subscriptions will have a set minimum connection term, whether it is 30 days or 24 months and is based on the terms of your agreement. As such you would be liable to cover the cost of the line for the whole of that term. In the event you wish to disconnect or change network mid-way through an agreement, or without serving the agreed notice period once outside of minimum term, you would be liable to pay a buyout fee. A buyout fee would be generated based on the remaining cost of line rental to full contractual term and may also include set termination fees (see your own agreement for details on whether these charges apply to you). 18

19 Points of Note Subject to change The Orbex Unlimited tariff is subject to change. Orbex will ensure at least 30 days notice is given before any changes take effect. Commission Pay Plan The commission schedule is regularly updated, but where tariffs and bolt-ons are not listed within this Pay Plan, yet appear on the tariff guides, be aware that you are unable to connect to these and no commission will be eligible. Fixed Dial SIMs Please note that any deals utilising fixed dial SIMs must be referred to Commercial for approval via Orbex Support. Gateways/Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) Orbex does not allow SIMs to be used in any equipment which enables the routing of calls or data (including without limitation, text or picture messages) from fixed apparatus or standard devices to mobile equipment, by establishing a mobile to mobile call or transmission. Nor does it allow the use of any equipment which enables the sending of bulk SMS, voice or data services. Orbex reserves the right to suspend without notice should we believe that such equipment is being used. During suspension the liability for any access charges or calls will rest with the customer. Terms Please note any defined terms used in this Pay Plan and price list have the same meanings as set out in the mobile agreement between Orbex and the customer (the Agreement ). The Pay Plan and/or price list may be amended and issued from time to time by Orbex. Early Termination Fees Early termination fees are applicable in all cases where a cease request has been submitted and the minimum agreed terms have not been completed. This fee is determined based on the pro rata cost of line rental remaining from the subscription s date of cease up to the end of the agreement, including any required notice periods. Questions?
