Pair This Device with Your Smart phone 1. Download App. IPhone: Go to Apple App Store to download the APP JYou Pro. Android: Go to play store to download the App JYou Pro. Or scan the QR code with your phone offered on the box. 2. Open App, finish login with an account or chose Skip. 3. Search Device. Go to Device page --- click the Scanning device. 4. Finish binding. Click the device ID name (Such as S5-5F6D) to finish binding. 5. Sync Data. It will auto sync phone time and date after finishing connection.

Deep sleep Light sleep Awake Touch the icon to view Total sleep time, stay up / deep sleep / light sleep hours. Heart Rate Data Touch Heart rate to heart rate data page. Mini heart rate Ave heart rate Max heart rate Touch the icon to view Avg HR, Highest HR, and Lowest HR. Blood Pressure Blood pressure Blood oxygen Degree of fatigue Touch icon to view history data. Click the Measurement to start monitoring heart rate and blood pressure.

4 On Exercise page 4 Exercise Mode: Walk Run Cycling Hiking Touch icon to chose sport mode you like and click round icon to start GPS mode track. On Device page Go to Device Management Get Notifications (Phone, Message, We Chat, Facebook, Twitter etc.) Call / SMS / Message Remind: Slide the button to right to turn on the function. More Reminders (Facebook, Skype, Twitter, What s App etc.) --- Slide the button to right. Alarm Clock / Sedentary Remind Touch to enter in setting page ---- Set the reminding time Remote Camera: Touch to enter in camera page ---- Touch device s button to take photos. More Setting Time format / Unit Setting Touch time format --- chose 12-hour or 24 hour. Automatic heart rate You can set : Start time End time Repeat period
