2 Huoleton subscriptions The monthly fee of Huoleton subscriptions includes normally priced calls, text s, multimedia s and video calls in Finland, and data transfers in Elisa s network in Finland at the selected speed. The monthly fee does not include calls or s to service, corporate or international numbers. The Huoleton Premium and Huoleton Premium+ subscriptions can be used in other EU and EEA countries at the prices valid in Finland.* The subscription is not available for companies or professional use. Any data used in excess of the 15 GB limit will be charged according to the roaming charges The estimated data transfer rates of mobile broadband services are listed by network technology in Elisa s service description of Saunalahti mobile broadband services. For calls and s not included in the Huoleton subscription package, charges of 0.09 per for mobile calls and 0.09 per will be imposed. Any calls not included in the package will always be invoiced to the nearest. 2

3 Tarkka subscriptions In Tarkka subscriptions, calls and s are charged according to actual use. The monthly fee includes data transfer in Elisa s network in Finland at the selected speed. 4 OTHER PRICES OF HUOLETON AND TARKKA SUBSCRIPTIONS Calls and s to service and corporate numbers and other separately priced numbers The mobile call charge and any additional charge defined by the service provider will be charged for calls to service and corporate numbers and other separately priced numbers. International calls and s Calls placed from Finland to an international number Text and multimedia s sent from Finland to an international number Video calls placed from Finland to an international number When calling with the + or 00 prefix, international calls are automatically international 991 calls. The currently valid price list for international 991 calls is available at per 0.19 per Use abroad The use of the subscription abroad will be charged according to a separate roaming price list. Roaming price lists valid in each country are available at elisa.fi/ulkomailla (in Finnish). Prices valid in Finland apply to calls and s from Premium subscriptions from EU and EEA countries to Finland, the country of stay and other EU and EEA countries. Premium subscriptions include use of data in the Nordic and Baltic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). In other EU and EEA countries, the monthly fee for Premium subscriptions includes 10 GB of data per calendar month. A calendar month is defined according to Finnish time. Any data used in excess of the limit of 10 GB will be charged according to the roaming charges valid at the time. Prices valid in Finland apply to calls and s from Premium+ subscriptions from EU and EEA countries to Finland, the country of stay and other EU and EEA countries. Premium+ subscriptions include use of data in the Nordic and Baltic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). In other EU and EEA countries, the monthly fee for Premium+ subscriptions includes 15 GB of data per calendar month. A calendar month is defined according to Finnish time. Any data used in excess of the limit of 15 GB will be charged according to the roaming charges valid at the time. 4

General The price list applies to Tarkka and Huoleton agreements that come into effect starting from 1 June The prices include value added tax (VAT 24%). The invoicing period is one (1) month..subscriptions with the additional Saldosopimus balance agreement service cannot be used abroad. With Tarkka Puhe and Huoleton Puhe subscriptions, multimedia s cannot be sent or received abroad. 5
