Effective from April, 2010 e Committee on Information Technology has introduced New pattern (Syllabus), for which e Assessment Test will be held in December, It has been decided at e members already registered for e ISA course, prior to e introduction of e New pattern (Syllabus) from April, 2010, will have e option to appear in ISA AT to be held in December, 2011 eier in e syllabus effective from April, 2010 hereinafter to be referred as New Pattern or in e syllabus as existed until March, 2010 hereinafter to be referred as 'Old Pattern. The members, however, registered for ISA Course effective from April, 2010 will be eligible to appear only in e New Pattern. Members, registered for ISA Course until March, 2010 may tick e Pattern column i.e. New or Old, as opted for appearing in e ISA AT to be held in December, Members may note e option once exercised will be final and irrevocable and no change will ereafter be allowed under any circumstances. In case, e option of Pattern i.e. Old or New is not given by e members registered for ISA course until 31st March, 2010 e Institute will in at case treat e option as e Old Pattern', by default, deemed to have been exercised by e member. Once a centre is opted for, no change is allowed under any circumstances unless e centre has been widrawn. Some of e big cities (Mumbai and New Delhi) have been divided into zones, each zone covering certain areas. Each zone is treated as an examination centre and allotted wi a code number. If no option of zone is given, zone-i will be taken as e option, by default.

(10) Eligibility Certificate Candidates who are not in receipt of Eligibility Certificate are advised in eir own interest to pursue eir cases wi e Secretary, Committee on Information Technology,, "ICAI" Bhawan, A-29, Sector-62, Noida. Candidates may submit e Application Form, pending receipt of Eligibility Certificate by em, in case, ey have oerwise fulfilled all required criteria. However, mere possession of Professional Training Certificate is not enough for becoming eligible to appear in e Assessment Test unless a formal Eligibility Certificate is issued by e Committee on Information Technology of e Institute consequent to passing of Eligibility Modular Tests. (11) Admission to e ISA Course No candidate shall be admitted to e ISA Course Assessment Test unless he / she Assessment Test has been enrolled as a Member of e Institute and has been issued e Eligibility Certificate by e Committee on Information Technology of e Institute. Candidates are, erefore, advised to secure e signature of e Invigilator concerned while submitting eir question paper-cum answer book and retain e Admit Card wi emselves as record of receipt, at least till e declaration of result. The Candidates should surrender e question paper-cum-answer book before ey leave e exam hall.

3 (14) Requirement for passing e ISA Course Assessment Test A candidate for e Information Systems Audit (ISA) Course Assessment Test shall be declared ordinarily to have passed e examination if he / she obtain a minimum of 75% of e scaled marks in aggregate in e ISA Course Assessment Test. (15) Issue of Statement of Marks and Pass Statement of Marks will be issued to all e candidates who appeared in Assessment Certificate of Information Systems Test normally in two week's time from e date of declaration of result, while pass Audit (ISA) Course certificates to e qualified candidates will be issued normally in ree mons time from e date of declaration of result. (16) Check-list to ensure correctness of Candidates are requested to ensure at e Application is filled in correctly enclosures to e Application giving all e required details and e following enclosures are annexed securely. (17) Verification of answer book After declaration of result, in accordance wi Para 10(4) of Schedule-F to e Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, a candidate may, if he so desires, apply for verification of his answer book wiin one mon from e date of declaration of result. The verification fee is Rs. 500/-. (18) Refund of fee The Fee once paid by a candidate shall not be refunded / adjusted under any circumstances except as provided in Sub Para (2) of Para 9 of schedule 'F' to e Chartered Accountant Regulations, PLEASE NOTE : a) Application should be complete in all respects, oerwise it is liable to be rejected. b) In e event of furnishing any incorrect information / misrepresentation, e admission shall become invalid. c) No correspondence in is regard shall be entertained. * Rs. 12/- * Rs. 25/- Local (i.e. Delhi / New Delhi) For oer cities across India.
