2 Agile Performance Holarchy Model The Agile Performance Holarchy (APH) Model: A Behavioral Model Is a behavioral model based on research with hundreds of agile teams. Guidelines for Leaders Provides leaders the ability to model, benchmark, and improve agile performance. A Baseline Uses a clearly defined baseline of self-organizing agile behaviors for high-performance agile teams.

3 What does it mean to be an AgileCxO Transformation Partner? Licensure Sponsorship Partners will be licensed and certified to market, sell, and deliver Agile Performance Assessments, training, and executive-level coaching based on the Agile Performance Holarchy Model. As a Transformation Partner, your organization can sponsor AgileCxO Certified Instructors, Assessors and Coaches to teach Agile Performance Holarchy courses, coach agile leaders and perform Agile Performance Assessments.

4 What services can I offer to my clients as an AgileCxO Transformation Partner? Agile Performance Assessments An AgileCxO Transformation Partner may perform Agile Performance ssessments for organizations using the Agile Performance Holarchy Model. Agile Leadership Coaching An AgileCxO Transformation Partner may offer coaching based on the Agile Performance Holarchy Model to agile leaders who are improving organizational performance using the APH. Agile Leadership and Practitioner Training An AgileCxO Transformation Partner may offer certified leadership and practitioner training based on the Agile Performance Holarchy Model.

5 How much revenue can I generate on an APH engagement? A sample APH client engagement will include the following revenue generating work activities: Continuous Improvement 01 Gap Analysis Conduct an APH Gap Analysis Assessment based on the scope of the APH Assessment. 02 Training Train the client by providing an APH introduction class for the organization in scope for the APH Assessment. 03 Coaching Coach the agile team members and leaders to address weaknesses identified during the APH Gap Analysis Assessment. APH Assessments Perform an APH Assessment based on the defined scope and APH performance level desired. Provide additional training and coaching in support of continuous agile performance improvement. Based on work performed with similar client engagements, these activities can generate $80,000-$100,000 of revenue.* *Assumption: Work is performed in the United States

6 What are the benefits of becoming an AgileCxO Transformation Partner? One Two Three APH Model Training, Coaching, and Assessments Transformation Partners will be licensed to use the APH Model for training, coaching, and organizational assessments, and will have access to the latest versions, updates, and related marketing materials. Employees of Transformation Partners are eligible to become certified as APH Assessors, APH Instructors, and APH Coaches to deliver agile performance improvement solutions to their clients. Lead Sharing Transformation Partners will have access to industry leads that are a result of inquiries to AgileCxO s website or social media properties. The leads will be qualified by AgileCxO Partner Managers and evenly distributed to Transformation Partners. Access to the Transformation Partner Portal Transformation Partners have access to our exclusive AgileCxO Transformation Partner Portal. Partners will have access to the latest materials to help them serve their customers including performance models, training materials, whitepapers, events, webinars, podcasts, partner communications, assessment methods and certification tools, along with other content as it is released.

7 What are the benefits of becoming an AgileCxO Transformation Partner? Four Five Six Seven AgileCxO Partner Logo Co-Branding AgileCxO Transformation Partners will receive the right to brand their websites, social media accounts, and other materials with AgileCxO s branded logo. The AgileCxO logo and style guidelines can be found in the Partner Portal. Licensed Transformation Partner Directory Listing Transformation Partners and their certified employees will be listed on the AgileCxO Partner Directory, along with information describing their capabilities, qualifications, and certifications. Agile Performance Assessment Reporting System (APARS) Listings Transformation Partners may offer their clients, who have achieved successful APH Certifications, listings on the AgileCxO public APARS website with an accompanying press release announcing their achievement. Transformation Partner Communications & Events Transformation Partners will receive invitations to take part in exclusive AgileCxO-sponsored events dedicated to improving Agile performance at the organizational level.

8 What are the benefits of becoming an AgileCxO Transformation Partner? Eight Nine Ten Access to Transformation Partner Webinars will host Transformation Partneronly webinars to update our Partners on AgileCxO s latest solutions, business and other relevant information. Recordings will be posted for later viewing and reference. Assigned Partner Manager Support Transformation Partners will have access to a single - and human - point of contact with AgileCxO, a Partner Manager dedicated to helping partners make the most of the AgileCxO Transformation Partner program. Channel Marketing Specialist Support (Pre-Authorization Required) Transformation Partners may also gain access to a channel marketing specialist who will assist with developing demand generation campaigns, events, programs, and marketing initiatives to support the partner s unique business objectives. Partners will also have access to social media support for joint solution announcements and new content.

9 What is an AgileCxO Certified Professional? The AgileCxO Certification Program offers eligible employees of AgileCxO Transformation Partner companies the opportunity to become certified as APH Assessors, APH Instructors and/or APH Coaches. AgileCxO certified professionals will complete training and certification exams in order to qualify. Certified APH Assessor Individuals who attend the APH Assessor training and who successfully complete the APH Assessor Certification Exam will earn a license to deliver APH Assessments based on the APH Model. Certified APH Instructor Individuals who attend the APH Instructor Training and who successfully complete the APH Instructor Certification Exam will earn a license to deliver certified AgileCxO training courses. APH Instructors will provide their clients with training using hands-on, experiential classes, tools, and resources provided by AgileCxO. Certified APH Coach Individuals who attend APH Coach Training and successfully complete the APH Coach Certification Exam will earn a license to provide certified coaching for agile leaders using the APH Model.

10 What are the AgileCxO Transformation Partner Requirements? As prerequisites, AgileCxO Transformation Partners must: Complete the AgileCxO Partner Application. Agree to employ at least one AgileCxO Certified Professional. Demonstrate at least one year of successful business operations in the technology or business consulting industry. Pay and maintain all applicable Partner fees.

11 Who is eligible to become an AgileCxO Certified Professional? Experience & Knowledge Certified APH Assessors, Instructors, and Coaches are leaders who possess substantial industry experience and practical knowledge. Prerequisites: A Bachelor s Degree A Bachelor s Degree with greater than five years of technology or consulting experience; applicants without a Bachelor s degree who can demonstrate more than ten years of applicable experience. Experience in Leadership Demonstrated experience as an executive, manager, or leader in a technology organization. Employees of Transformation Partners Individuals must be active employees or longterm contractors with a Transformation Partner Company and must use a Transformation Partner Company address. Completion of the Exam Successful completion of the applicable APH Professional Certification Exam with a score of 80% or better. Prerequisites must be met in order to earn a license as an APH professional- this maintains the credibility and high value of AgileCxO s solutions to clients.

12 What is the process to become an AgileCxO Transformation Partner? 1 Complete the AgileCxO Transformation Partner Application available at. 2 Work with your AgileCxO Partner Manager to complete the AgileCxO Partner approval process. 3 Sign the AgileCxO Transformation Partner License Agreement. 4 Pay and maintain all applicable AgileCxO Transformation Partner fees. 5 Schedule APH Instructor, APH Coach and APH Assessor training classes.
