3 Overview AAE 2014 This was 11 th Annual KI Global Award Event. It was held from July 20 th to 24th at Jaipur, India with attendance from various business units leaders from across the globe. Representation came from: USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, France, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Romania, Kenya, Kenya,, Saudi Arabia, India, Vietnam, China, New Zealand. A detailed agenda guided all the activities. Various sessions to learn & share were planned. Various group sessions were planned, to align BU activities with KI Global Strategy. There was a session on FSL lead by Sensei Masaaki Imai Team worked and presented their findings, gaps and solution for BU management Several BU s shared their experiences in various industries like Government, Farm, Oil, Mining, etc. A cocktail party followed by the grand Award ceremony was the highlight on 23 rd evening Entire team went for a Gemba walk and visited NEI on 24 th morning
