1 Rev 2.0 CM-4000 Series - Cloudberry Aerospace Managed Layer 3 Gigabit PTP Ethernet switch The Cloudberry CM-4000 AERO series is a rugged managed Ethernet switch family designed to operate reliably in the harsh climatically and noisy electrical demanding environments of military applications; e.g. high altitude, extreme shock, vibration, extended temperatures, humidity, dust & water exposure, noisy EMI and dirty power. The switch is available in the following main configurations; transparent clock/slave clock switch or Standard Ethernet switch. CM-4000 series offers high port count in a compact and rugged design. Features: 8 to 12 ports of 10/100/1000BASE-TX ports Network redundancy: MSTP/RSTP/STP protocol 0 to 2 ports of 1000BASE-XX ports Power input: 28VDC power input Standards: MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD- 461F and 1275E. The CM-4000-MIL is an advanced and highly engineered Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) switch that addresses complexity, enable modularity and provides growth, while delivering optimal performance for Space, Weight, Power and Cost (SWaP-C) constrained military applications onboard vehicles and aircraft platforms. Supports relevant IEEE Ethernet standards. Management based on web (HTTP/HTTPS), CLI and telnet. Transparent Clock (TC) and Slave Clock (SC) capability. GPS emulation (PPS and NMEA) is available via the power connector. Managed Ethernet switch. Multicast filtering: IGMP snooping and static filters, 802.1Q VLAN, MSTP/RSTP.
