6 What is CETF? Created by CPUC as a condition of SBC/AT&T and Verizon/MCI mergers Established to achieve ubiquitous access to broadband in California by Not just build it but expand broadband adoption and usage Focus on underserved, bridging the digital divide CETF has $60m over 5 years - approx. $5m for telemedicine

7 Who Are RCRA & HSU? Redwood Coast Rural Action. a network of community leaders working regionally to improve current and future conditions of people and the land. Humboldt State University One of 23 campuses in the statewide CSU system Excellence in undergraduate education is HSU s foremost goal
