We recommend that wherever possible you inspect lots prior to purchase. Lot 806 Lot 807 Valleylab Force EZ Diathermy with Foot Switches The electrosurgical unit powers up and displays error "160". No further checks carried out. Trolley and footswitches are included. The front panel has some marks. Overall the unit is in satisfactory physical condition with minor signs of wear. Litechnica Selector Deux Yag Laser The unit is in satisfactory physical condition but has not been tested (one of the cables going to the control unit/table has been cut). The chin rest platform is missing and the unit is not secured to the table. Eyepieces are included. The motorised table is functional. ON/OFF key is not included. Lot 809 Lot 852 Erbe ICC 200 Diathermy (No Footswitch) Display panel and controls are in good working order. The patient plate alarm and indicator are functional, both bipolar and monopolar modes are working. Tested with electrosurgical analyser and the output power from all modes (cut, coagulation and bipolar) were within the limits at the time of test. The footswitch is not included. Overall the unit is in satisfactory physical condition with minor signs of wear. 2 x Dyonics 300XL Lightsource One unit appears to be faulty. No light output and a clicking sound. 2 Lot 885 Agilent Heartstream XL Defibrillator with Philips Test Load / Leads CF1627 The defibrillator powers on and passes its self checks OK. Patient monitoring through ECG and PAD are functional. One chock has been performed in AED mode and the results are satisfactory. Battery was operational during tests but has not been fully tested. Printer is working fine. Voice prompts were loud and clear. Good overall condition of the unit has been observed. Lot 887 Lot x Datex Ohmeda Patient Monitors CF3383, 2665 Both patient monitors power up and complete the initial system self test successfully. Display panel, function keys and rotary control knob are in good working order. One of the monitor includes a E-PSM module. Available parameters for the module are ECG, SpO2, NIBP and Temperature. When tested with a patient simulator good ECG, NIBP and SpO2 readings were obtained. Backup batteries were working at the time of the test. One of the monitors front panel is slightly detached, the plastic cover for the alarm is missing. Overall the units are in reasonable physical condition with minor signs of wear. YOM: Philips Heartstart XL Defibrillator The defibrillator powers on and passes its self checks OK. Patient monitoring through PADs is functional. One chock has been performed in AED mode and the results are satisfactory. There is no ECG leads and therefore ECG function was not tested. Also there is no battery available. Printer was not tested. Voice prompts were loud and clear. Good overall condition of the unit has been observed. Lot 972 Lot x Alaris PK Syringe Pumps All four syringe pumps power up ok. Display panels and controls are in good working order but no further checks have been carried out. One of the units displays "Require service". The batteries were found to be low at the time of the test. Overall the units are in satisfactory physical condition with minor signs of wear. Canon RK-F1 Full Auto Ref Keratometer The unit powers up and completes the initial system self test successfully. Display screen, control panel and trackball are in good working order. 3 functional and produces clear images but the system has not been fully tested. Chin rest adjustment and motorised table are in good working order. Overall the unit is in reasonable physical condition with minor signs of wear. Lot 1067 Lot 1077 Erbe ICC 300 Display panel and controls are in good working order. The patient plate alarm and indicator are functional, both bipolar and monopolar modes are working. Tested with electrosurgical analyser and the output power from all modes (cut, coagulation and bipolar) were within the limits at the time of test. The footswitch is not included. Trolley is included. Overall the unit is in reasonable physical condition with some scratches and signs of wear. Welch Allyn Schiller AT-2 Plus ECG Pagewriter with Leads 2218 The unit powers on OK and passes its self checks ok. Main softkeys panel is loose (when pressing one key it goes down returning when release). Also, when tested with a patient simulator, only ECG lead number 3 is reading ECG signal (could be ECG leads or unit itself). Battery mode was working at the time of tests (short time of tests therefore battery mode was not fully tested). Overall condition of the pagewriter ia average. Lot 1081 Manufactured: Medrad Mark V Pro VIS Injector The contrast injector is physically intact and in reasonable condition. The unit could not be tested as the system requires connection to the main control unit. Hand control push button is included. Last calibration date: January Lot 1088 MAC 1200 ST ECG with Leads All ECG signals are present but with presence of some noise in the signal. Printer is functional. Overall this unit is in good condition. Lot 1099 GE MAC 1200 ST ECG Recorder/Leads All ECG signals are present. Printer is functional. The ECG cable is in good condition (almos new). Battery mode was working at the time of tests. Overall this unit is in reasonably good condition. Lot 1100 GE MAC 1200 ST ECG Recorder/Leads All ECG signals are present. Printer is functional. The ECG cable is in good condition (almos new). Battery mode was working at the time of tests. Overall this unit is in reasonably good condition. Lot 1110 Agilent Heartstream XL Defibrillator with Battery, ECG Lead and Test Loader SN The defibrillator powers on and passes its self checks ok. ECG signal through pads are working fine. The unit was tested with a patient simulator and one chock was delivered in AED mode. The results are satisfactory. The available ECG leads are not compatible with this defibrillator. Battery mode was working during the tests. Battery itself is having difficulties staying in place (constantly being ejected). Printer is working fine plus voice prompts are loud and clear. The unit is in good physical condition. Lot 1127 Valleylab Ligasure Vessel Sealing System and Foot Switch The Ligasure vessel sealing system powers up and completes the initial system self test successfully. 5 Lot 1174 Lot 1208 Lot 1209 Hill Rom Air Shields Resuscitataire The System powers up and display test is completed. The numerical displays, push buttons and soft keys are working fine. Pre-warm and manual mode are working and the radiant warmer heater can be adjusted. The Baby mode was not fully tested; skin temperature probe is not included. Overhead light is working fine. Pneumatic system was not tested. Mechanical cot tilt adjustment are working. Some of the soft keys are slightly worn. The grill of the radiant warmer heater is missing. One of the lateral plastic cover has a crack. The corners of the mattress cover are damaged. The unit is in fair physical condition. Valleylab Force EZ Diathermy with Footswitch, Optimum Smoke Evacutor Display panel and controls are in good working order. The patient plate alarm and indicator are functional, both bipolar and monopolar modes are working. Tested with electrosurgical analyser and the output power from all modes (cut, coagulation and bipolar) were within the limits at the time of test. The footswitches are in good working order. Trolley is included. The bipolar footswitch cable is slightly damaged close to the connector end. The smoke evacuator powers up and appears to be working but was not fully tested. The filter needs to be replaced. Overall the units are in satisfactory physical condition with some marks on the bipolar section and other minor signs of wear. Schaerer Axis Operating Table Model: Axis 600. YOM: 2002 All motorised positioning adjustments, base lock and hand control are in good working order. The battery found to be low at the time of test. Cushions are included and overall the operating table is in reasonable physical condition with minor signs of wear. Some of the cushions have sustained cuts. Lot x Philips Heartstart Defibrillators (CHO-10105, E16117) Both AEDs power up and complete the initial system self tests successfully. Display screens, buttons and voice prompts are in good working order. No further checks carried out. Battery is included with both defibrillators and the batteries are working (install by: 09/2016 and 01/2017). Overall the units are in reasonable physical condition. 6 LCD screen, panel softkeys and printer are all in good working order. The unit was tested with a patient simulator and all ECG signals were present but with some little noise in the signal. Battery mode was working at the time of tests. ECG leads, cart and castors are all in good condition. Good overall condition has been observed. Lot x Philips Intellivue MP70 Monitors Both monitors power on and passes theit initial self checks OK. LCD touch screen is functional with menus and sub-benus accessible. No further tests been performed. One monitor has a plastic facia crack on lower right corner. The other has plastic cracks at the power on key. Average overall condition has been observed. Lot 1361 Lot 1469 Valleylab Force EZ Diathermy with Footswitch, Optimum Smoke Evacutor Display panel, rotary knobs and controls are in good working order. The patient plate alarm and indicator are functional, both bipolar and monopolar modes are working. Tested with electrosurgical analyser and the output power from all modes (cut, coagulation and bipolar) were within the limits at the time of test. The footswitch is in good working order. Trolley is included. The front panel has some cuts on the coagulation and the bipolar sections. The smoke evacuator powers up and appears to be working but was not fully tested. The filter needs to be replaced. Overall the units are in satisfactory physical condition with minor signs of wear. Warm Touch Patient Warmer The unit powers on and the 4 temperature settings seems working accordingly but their actual temperature values have not been confirmed. The unit is in satisfactory overall condition. Lot 1477 Anetic Aid Electronic Tourniquet The unit powers on OK. Touch screen is responsive. The unit apears to be faulty. When valueas are to be set screen goes dark and unit is making "soft noises" (like air pump is trying to work). Good overall condition has been observed. Page 6 Updated 09 October 2018

Lot 1739 Lot 1753 Pair of Leg Supports for Operating Table Schmitz limb support attachments, model No./Ref: One of the support has a damaged sponge. Operating Table with Accessories Medi-Matic This unit is partially dismantled on top of a pallet and with some cables disconnected. Unable to test. Good overall physical condition has been observed.
