1 Triori Game PART NO History Almost everyone knows the tic tac toe but few know the game Triori. Triori or Triara as it is called, is an ancient Greek game that was played in the sand or the streets with stones. Each player has 3 stones with same color. It was especially popular at those years. We are in the era of technology so it's time to play the game with help of electronics. Try it. It's a wonderful game. -The game The game is played with two players. The shape of the game is square with diagonal and vertical lines leading to the center. In total, there are nine positions with nine dual leds, one in the middle and eight on the sides. Each player has three same colors e.g player1 has three red colors and player2 has three green colors. Each position can light only with one color at a time, and each color can only be moved in adjacent positions if there is a vacancy (LEDs are not lit). The game looks like tic tac toe but has a significant difference. The difference with tic tac toe is that once all six colors are on the table, then the players start playing (can move the colors) one after the other until one of them forms three respective marks in a vertical, diagonal or horizontal row. Each player has the following: 1) Keyboard to move its own colors. 2) Led which lit when it is his turn to play. 3) 2 Seven segment displays (representation of two-digit numbers) indicating that wins has made. The game also has: 1) One button to clear the wins in displays. 2a) One button to save the wins (if you want to close the game and save the progress). 2b) Led which lit when the game saved. 3) Low battery indication. 4) Button to enable or disable sounds of the game. 5) Dual power supply inputs. Supply from battery or transformer. Step 3 - Schematic diagram of the main board The schematic diagram can be useful if you have any questions. It's not a guide to complete the construction of the game (only for advisory). 4 Step 4 - Place the components on the main board The main board has only components on the top side. See the next two steps to find out which is the up side and which is the bottom side of the board.

5 Step 5 - Top side and bottom side of the main board On the up side of the main board you only place the components (see photo below for placement). Use the schematic as a reference. Step 6 - Complete main board See the photo of the complete main board. Note. TD62783(at the photo)=udn2981a Step 7 - Schematic diagram of keypads The schematic diagram can be useful if you have any questions. It's not a guide to complete the board with keypads (only for advisory). Step 8 - Make keypads Place the buttons and connectors on boards. Attention to placement of the connectors. The connectors must be fitted to the underside of the boards (see photo below).

6 Step 9 - Schematic diagram of displays The schematic diagram can be useful if you have any questions. It's not a guide to complete the display boards (only for advisory). Step 10 - Make displays Place the seven segment displays and connectors on boards. Attention to placement of the connectors. The connectors must be fitted to the underside of the boards (see photo on step 15). Step 11 - Top side and bottom side of displays Place seven segment displays on the upside of the boards. Be sure to place the connectors on teh underside of the board. Step 12 - Prepare the box Measure with a ruler and mark with pen or pencil where to drill or cut the box. You can use a guide image from step 1.

7 Step 13 - Making holes Use a drill with a steady hand or use a drill press. Step 14 - Prepare led and buttons Cut the strip sockets and solder them. Note: 3 buttons (beside the box take a look on photo of step 2). All LEDs need socket strips. Step 15 - LED ready for use Use a lighter to heat the shrink tubing at the ends of wiring's. Step 16 - Place all led on the table of the game Place 9 dual led with order shown in the photo, also place the players led (green-red). Connect led to the main board (step 4) and place them in combination with this photo. Note. Use round clips for all led.

8 Step 17 - Connect main switch Connect main switch to the main board (look at the photo step 4). Step 18 - Preparing the lateral side of box Take a look at the photo for proposed location of components (red power led, green save led, yellow battery led, main switch, clear button, save button, sound button). Connect the components to the main board based on photo in step 4. Note. Use round clips for 3 led. Step 19 - Solder all surface components Make sure all parts are stable by using hot glue gun.

9 Step 20 - Make all necessary connections Use the photo of the main board in step 4 as a guide and make all connections. Use flexible wires to connect the keyboards and displays with the main board. Step 21 - Triori
