Placing this product or an unstable or tilted surface or in a location exposed to excessive vibrations could cause it to fall off resulting in injury.

Do not store this product in a location where the temperature drops below 5 or goes above 40 and in locations subject to excessive temperature fluctuations. Failure to heed this caution could result in damage to the product and its components Do not disassemble. Do not disassemble or modify this product as this could expose you to heat, fire, electric shock and injury. Disassembling the product will also void your warranty. Do not use alcohol for cleaning. Never use alcohol, thinner, benzene or other mineral solvents as they could discolor or cause deterioration to the product. Do not expose to water. 6 1.General Information 1.1Overview Welcome to the VEIKK! This user manual will help you setup the VK1560 and install the driver. Either you are a beginner or professional, this one can satisfy your requirement.for the driver, please download from System Requirement Windows 10/8.1/8/7/Vista/XP(32/64 bits) Mac OS 10.8 or later. 1.3 Hardware Specification 1

7 1.4 Display Connection Note 1: We recommend you insert the VEIKK USB cable to the host USB port of your computer. You may use a USB hub with an attached external power supply to adequately power your VEIKK if needed. Note 2: Make sure your computer supports multiple monitors. Check if your computer has extra HDMI ports.if your computer has an independent video card, please use the HDMI ports there. Note 3: If there isn t any input signal, it means the tablet doesn t receive HDMI video input. Please reconnect the HDMI cable, or change another HDMI cable or change another computer to have a try. 2

8 1.5 Installation on Windows 1. Before installing driver, please uninstall all tablet drivers from your computer, and keep all antivirus program closed 2. Connect the tablet to your computer before installation 3. Please download updated driver from 4. Unzip downloaded file to desktop, open the new unzipped folder 5. Click VK TabletDriver.exe and follow onscreen instructions 3

10 1.6 Monitor Mapping How to Change to Extended Display Extended Display means you work with a larger Windows desktop area spanning your computer monitor and your VK1560 LCD Display. Applications can be moved from one display to the other, and will allow you to work in different screen resolutions. 1. Right-click your desktop and select Screen Resolution. 2. In Multiple Displays dropdown, change to [Extend these Displays] 3. If your computer is equipped with more than one monitor, your VK1560 pen display will map to the monitors based on how they are configured in the DISPLAY PROPERTIES control panel. 4. After you have correctly configured your computer for multiple monitors, you can then adjust your VK1560 pen display mapping by opening the driver icon and changing the appropriate options. This enables you to toggle the current VK1560 mapping and screen cursor between the system desktop or primary display and your other monitors. 5

11 Note: Under the Duplicate display mode of the Multiple Display function, the display resolution of your monitor must be set to the same resolution as your VK1560. Otherwise, your pen cursor will be misplaced on the screen. 12 2.VK1560 Pen Display Configuration 2.1 Pen: Pen Function Settings You may customize the functions of your tablet pen s barrel buttons here. Use the Function Key option to program custom keystrokes Current Pen Pressure Current Pen Pressure shows the current pressure level being exerted on your tablet and can be used to test pen pressure. 7

13 2.1.3 Click Sensitivity You can adjust pen pressure to Output or Press sensitivity on here. 2.2 Mapping Define the tablet area that will be mapped to the screen area Monitor Setting Here you can adjust the monitor colour temperature and parameter. 8

14 2.2.2 Rotate It can freely rotate the pen display, and satisfy left hand users. 9

15 2.2.3 Screen Mapping If working in Extended Display, choose which monitor you want your VK1560 pen display to track with. Most likely, you will want it to track with the VK1560 display.to learn which monitor is Monitor 1 and which is Monitor 2, Please go to Start > Settings > Display and click Identify Calibration Click Start Calibration to activate the calibration screen. Press crosses appearing on the screen one by one with the P68 pen to calibrate the screen Enable Windows Ink Function Microsoft Windows provides extensive support for pen input. Pen features are supported in such as Microsoft Office Adobe Photoshop CC AI and so on. 10

16 2.3 Functions Customize the Fast Access Buttons and Dial from Function Tab Hotkeys Redefine Hotkey: Click on the title of the button. A dropdown menu will appear with a list of tool options. Choose the one you want to use.custom Define: At the bottom of the dropdown menu, choose Custom. This will allow you to input a custom keyboard shortcut. Note: Software keystrokes are based on English input methods. If not already, set to English when using Hotkeys on your VK1560 pen display. Note: Most creative software will not accept keystroke inputs when you P68 is still in use or when your P68 is still within the detectable cursor range. To avoid invalid keystroke actions, hold the pen away from the screen before pressing your Fast Access button. (Hold P68 at least 1.5cm away from the surface of the screen.) 11

17 2.3.2 Dial You can define 5 functions to the Dial. Tap on Dial button to select the function you would like to use. To switch between functions, press down on the edge of the Dial. You will see the function name briefly at the bottom of the screen when switched. 12

18 2.4 About Us Check for updating: If you want to install the newest driver, click Check for updating,if there is no response, that means the driver you installed is the newest ;if you find newest driver in the list, you just need to update. 13

19 Diagnostic Tools: Check for missing key files Mac: Note:Driver settings in Mac system are the same in Windows system. Users who use Mac system can refer to Windows system. 14

20 3.FAQ 1.How to install driver for veikk Pen display/ Pen Tablet? (1).Please uninstalland completely removeall tablet drivers from your computer. (2).Disable any anti-virus protection programsuch as Firewall.(Windows)Make sure that you are installing the driver as the Administrator. (3). Pen display:pleaseconnect HDMI cable, Power cable/adapter,and USB port to the computer and VEIKK pen display.if your computer video port is not HDMI port,you should buy a transfer tool, like VGA to HDMI or DVI to HDMI.Pen tablet:pleaseconnect USB cable to the computer and VEIKK pen tablet. (4). Download the latest driver from VEIKK website: (5)Then follow the instructions:window OS:Pleaseexecute"VKTabletDriver"and follow the prompts to install.when the driver is completely installed youwill see an icon appearing on the system tray (lowerright corner).mac OS Openthe file list, find Mac Driver and run execution file. Followits install procedure/steps, then reboot the system. (6).Reboot the computer. (7) When the driver is completelyinstalled you will see an icon appearing on the system tray (lowerright corner). Once completed, the digital pen should be in control ofthe cursor, and activated for configuration on the pressure test area. 2.How do I update my software to the newest driver? Please visit the VEIKK website to download the current updated driver version: 3.How to uninstall driver? Windows: Run Control pannel-----run program -----choose VKTabletDriver ----follow the unload tips until unloading is finished. 21 If the first method do not uninstall the driver completely, please (2) Open Finder Application Pen tablet Setting please delete the file directly. Then confirm if you completely remove previous drivers Windows: Go to the File explorer, choice device C----windows----systerm32, type the wintab32.dll on the right top side bar and click enter to search. If you can find the files, please delete all of them. 4.My Pen Display shows no signal. (1). Make sure one of HDMI cable has connected to both the pen display and computer, and be connected tightly. (2). Try to test pen display with another computer. (3). If you use USB to HDMI trans adapter, please make sure it is in good condition before using. 5.My tablets can not use the pen pressure. (1). Make sure the tablet icon is in the task bar? If not, it means you haven t installed the driver, please install the driver and then reboot system to test again. (2). If you can see the tablet icon in the task bar, please open it and go to the Pressure windows to test the Pen pressure. If the test is right, it means you had installed the driver correctly. (3). Make sure the application that you are using supports pen pressure. Not all of the applications support pen pressure function. (4). Have your computer ever installed another tablet driver in it before? If yes, please remove both old and new drivers and reboot. When the system returns to the desktop, please install the driver again. (5). After rebooting, please go to the Pen Tablet Setting window to test the pen pressure, if it can be used correctly, close the window, and then open the drawing application to test if the pressure can be normally used. 16
