2 Introduction Continuous monitoring of PH / ORP is commonly required in a wide variety of industries ranging from water, chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing etc. So our online range of meters helps to monitor the process PH/ORP/Temperature on continuous basis. These reliable, accurate and robust meters are designed with a compact housing which fits in standard industry panel with 1/16 DIN fitting. 4 Functions of keyboard : CAL / POWER Power/Calibration 1. Press button to switch power On or Off. 2. Press and hold button to enter calibration mode. MODE Function Mode 1. Press button to select the desired measurement mode. 2. Press and hold button to change degree Deg C or Deg F. 4

5 Operating procedure : Calibration - ph 1. Make sure the sensor is ph electrode, or press MODE button to select the desired measurement unit ph shows at LCD display. 2. A slope of 100% is ideal. Note : (1) Icon SA will not appear if the calibration fails. (2) When doing a 2 or 3 point calibration, Calibrate with buffer ph 7 first, and then follow with buffer ph 4 or ph 10. 5

6 Conductivity 1. Make sure the sensor is Conductivity cell, or press MODE button to select the desired measurement unit ìs shows at LCD display. 2. If reading is not 0 ìs/cm while the meter in air and doesn't dip it into any solution, then calibrate it in air to make reading becomes 0 ìs/cm. 3. Dip the conductivity cell into the standard solution 1413 ìs/cm. Stir gently and wait until the display stabilized. Press and hold CAL button to enter calibration mode until the display appears icon CAL, and then flash 1413 ìs/cm. When the display stops flashing and indicates SA and then End while calibration is ending, and return to measurement mode. Note : (1) Calibrated by ms/cm standard solution would be better for measuring high conductivity solution. (2) SA will not appear if the calibration fails. 6

7 Measurement ph 1. After calibration, rinse the electrode with clean water and wipe it dry. Dip the electrode into sample solution to be measured. ORP 1. Insert ORP electrode, and press MODE button to select the desired measurement unit mv shows at LCD display. 2. Calibration is not necessary for ORP. But it could be tested with a specific ORP solution to check electrode is good or bad. 3. Rinse the electrode with clean water and wipe it dry. Dip the electrode into sample solution to be measured. Note: (1) The display will appear when it is over measuring range. Conductivity 1. After calibration, rinse the conductivity cell with clean water and wipe it dry. Dip the conductivity cell into sample solution to be measured. 2. Press MODE button to select the desired measurement mode Conductivity (ìs) or TDS (ppm). Note: (1) The display will appear when it is over measuring range. (2) The unit will auto-range to ìs/cm or ms/cm, ppm or ppt. 7
