4 PROPERTY OVERVIEW Pegasus Place is a master planned, office property zoned as a Planned Development District within the City of Dallas. Building 1 (The Tower) provides approximately 593,985 square feet on 17 floors above grade. The floor plates are very efficient, ranging from 31,000 square feet to 34,700 square feet.
